Christina made our reservation seamless. Very soothing voice and very professional. Her knowledge and competency was so appreciated. In my travel experience I'm not often met with these qualities. She deserves a raise
I called to ask if they had internet and power, before booking, because allot of people don't. Her response was cavalier and condescending. Thankfully, I looked deeper into the safety of your establishment and found reviews suggesting drug activity, so we found accommodations for elsewhere.

On July 21, after suffering through a horrendous experience at Detroit metropolitan airport with the delays and cancellations, I needed to stay in the Detroit area because I could not get out. All hotels around the airport were booked so I booked the Kingsley Inn in Bloomfield Hills Michigan with you. I was charged at least TWICE the going rate. I feel that I am due a refund on half of the amount that I paid because I paid for the cancellation insurance.
The Plaza is a complicated Hotel. Myriad of rooms. This gentleman steered us through to the best solution and was pleasant and very humorous.

Brad, that did a wonderful job and helping us get a reservation for September 10. Greatly appreciated.
Experience on the phone with representatives was amazing but room was just ok - there were no trash cans, towels and bed linen are stained and worn need to be replaced, TV was analog no cable channels. Linen closet was dirty iron and ironing board pad were just ridiculous nasty and usable. The good things are There were a small microwave and refrigerator.
Fabulously helpful.

I needed help with my reservation. Whoever i was talking too said his name was Johnny Bravo. He could not help me in no way because I didnt have a confirmation code. I told him I lost my email so there was nothing he could do to help me. He was very rude about it.
He tried very hard to answer my questions. When he could not, he attempted to contact the hotel directly but after a long less than ideal hold time ( no fault of the agent) he returned suggesting I leave my number for a hotel representative to contact me. I hope the latter takes place and my inquiry was not in vain. Anyway the agent was very nice and polite.
The representative was professional and pleasant to work with. Assisted me with finding alternative motel due to full booking at my original choice
