Like i said in the title. Cheapest pricest the fastest. No effort process. The hardest part was linking the reservation to my calender. And that was an accident lol.

After doing a price comparison among websites I found Hotelwiz. It was the best price around. I reserved the hotel and received immediate confirmation. Perfect.

I found it very easy to book my room with hotelwiz.com. It only took about 2 to 3 minutes to fill out the form, and I was done. Hotelwiz makes booking rooms easy with a simplified form.

I had to go an get a new key 4 tines an I left a 6 pack of ale 8s an they wouldn't give them back said the cleaning lady took them I'd like a refund for my stay please

Like the title says, I was looking for room at a specific hotel in hiroshima and the rooms were sold out on the website. I was able to book a room through hotelwiz and keep my plans!

We were able to book our hotel in Dublin at the airport and arrive at the room 30 minutes later. Using it was fast and easy, and the fees weren't nearly as bad as other hotel bookers.

Not much to say, But I never heard of Hotelwiz before.The experience was just fine. I like the price you had.

Will never use Hotelwiz again. One of my worst experiences this year. If anyone asks, I'll tell them to stay away. There are many to choose, don't choose this one. Total ripoff

Vegas the price was very competitive and the booking really easy. Highly recomend this site with excellent prices.

Not the best. I had picked a deal with a free cancellation. However it didn't come with it. So when I got to the hotel and tried to cancel I couldn't.

I booked the day before I needed the hotel and got a good deal. It was nonrefundable, but since it was made the day before I needed it, it didn't matter.

What a servicer provided by them, awesome service and polite staffs with good behaviour and the owner was really humble and polite with golden heart, I highly reccoment it.

Rude did not want give back refund after cancelation and lied saying he canceled and refund would be when I had to go back and dispute the charges when it should have Just been put back

My cousin reserved two rooms under Silvia Martinez same hotel same days and has not received her confirmation the hotel also cannot find a reservation for her. I haved called your company by Holding for an agent for over 1 hour and no response.

I cancelled my reservation because the hotel was under construction. The hotel management did not object, I called Hotelwiz and told then that I need to cancel, they said that they will call the hotel. According to the hotel management, Hotelwiz sent an email and the hotel management confirmed that they did NOT charge me, so Hotelwiz is holding my money and not refunding it for no reason I called several times, every time they ask me to call this number *******203, I called several times on 5/16, one time I waited for 32 minutes for someone to hangup on me without saying a word, then again I called and waited for one hour and 19 minutes again to be hanged up on without a word. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!

I called you guys spoke to a very rude agent that wouldn't let me talk to ask if my reservation was able to be cancelled he said yes...but as he tried to cancel it did not go thru so I was stuck with it and I was fine with that. I get to the hotel and my reservation is CANCELED. Luckily my son still had his or I would have taken a 4 hour drive for nothing. I call and speak to the same RUDE agent that continues to think he's correct about everything and won't let me talk plus I can't understand A WORD he's saying(FOREIGN AGENT) and told him what happen that I wasn't the one that canceled but he refused to listen or believe me until I told him what I previously mentioned and that he was the one I spoke to originally...at that moment he put me on hold and came back saying I would get a full refund...WHERE IS MY REFUND!?⁰2÷
