Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)
Horrible and terrible Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!
Was much cheaper via this than through the hotels site. Stayed at a Double Tree and got it for like 3/4ths the price.

HotelWiz provided an easy way check out, navigate and book my hotel. So far so good. Pleased with the process.

After a long work day. I $#*!, showered, and slept. Woke up, got breakfast, and started my day. The bed was comfortable also.

The desk clerk Mae was very polite during late check in. Good location with plenty of places to eat. The room was clean and cool for the price.
