Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)
Horrible and terrible Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!
So far it's great - good deal. Price wise it was good compared to other's. I would like to come back for future reservations

When pay with card its hard to choose the expiration month and year need front-end developer to look into it

Quick and easy. So many times I have reserved a room through Hilton, but honestly this is faster and cheaper.
Hotel did not receive payment. I had to call to clear up matter, technical issues. Finally got it straightened out.
Lowest price
Great accommodations but the vehicle traffic was loud and annoying. Will ask for a room at the back next time

The rooms were just like any other hotel, but you could hear every door shut and banging from other guest.
I've only booked a room, haven't arrived or stayed so it's hard to say, but the price was cheaper than anywhere else so I'm happy so far lol.

Traveling on the interstate with my husband & we decided it was time to stop. I am as able to secure the hotel within 15 minutes online.
It would be nice to see an animal friendly option because I had issues with the hotel I booked a room at not being OK with dogs and hotel Wiz doesn't give refunds.
Because they were the cheapest googled option and obviously I know that is because they are the worst service now.
Booked a free cancellation reservation but instead received a non-refundable booking which was immediately charged to my credit card

No where else in the online booking world do you respond that you received your booking information then get sent to a review page. It's cheap.

I was impressed by the hotel everything was very clean friendly staff, pretty quiet and good location.
My booking kept being failure. I wasn't able to change room preferences. If not for the lower price, I would have used another site
