Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)
Horrible and terrible Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!
I was initially very skeptical because I was getting a $190 room for $77. I almost didn't book it, but I'm glad I did. I had no issues with my reservation and got a great room for an amazing price.
It was the lowest price listed for the hotel I was looking at on Google maps.
When I got there I couldn't get my room had to drive to the front desk three times to get the key rekeyed then it was hot outside trying to wait to get into the room the curtain in the room at the window was hanging off, there was no extra tissue in the room had to walk in the dark around to the front desk to get tissue at 9:30 at night, the the tub bottom was dirty, stained, the wooden floors sweat so if you not careful you will fall, the headboard fell was lying in the bed could of fell on my head, the a/c didn't work well, no phone in the room at all omg I never been to a hotel where it wasn't a phone to call the front desk had to used my phone will never ever go back
The rate was reasonable
We arrived late from driving all day. The guy at reception was very nice and we got a better rate thru Hotelwiz. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Great water pressure in the shower too.
This place was more than amazing, very great customer service, very great price for the night, and very neat! The company definitely earned all 5 stars from me!
I chose Hotelwiz because of the cheaper price I seen when looking up the hotel.
It was a bit complicated, it said different things like i will be charged for parking but hotel policies are that u get free parking.
But over all it was ok
Charged my CC instantly and 25 mins later when I went to check into hotel card was declined I had to wait 1:45mins to get my room and was on hold for almost 2 hrs with help line than was told I called the wrong number that was on your website
Price but never again not with the grief and fkn bull$#*!
All was going good until I arrived back to my room the second night and had no room service. No towels, soap and trash from previous dinner still in the room.
Because I wanted a quality hotel to relax in with my wife.
I was able to book and make requests easily, didn't get the option to pay a deposit and the rest at the hotel though which I find helpful in other circumstances.
It had a better rate than others on the hotel I was looking to book
I just ask goggle for hotels and they give me a bunch I called the hotel directly and the rate was higher booking direct so I got on line and compared.
The cheapest! Then I seen it was very easy.
I had an amazing experience with their service. They were incredibly fast, and their prices were very reasonable. I'm impressed with the quality they provided. Highly recommended!

Had a last minute emergency while on vacation. Was able to quickly book one of the cheaper hotels to stay in towards the end of my vacation before flying home through hotelwiz.
Quick and cheaper prices.
I was told that my reservation wasn't able to be modified or cancelled even though I confirmed with the hotel that they had plenty of availability, the stay was the same amount of nights, it was just going to be arriving and leaving a day early. DONT USE HOTELWIZ if there is even a slight chance your plans might change.
I thought it was a booking site that didn't play these stupid games, I was wrong
Location had nice employees, willing to help you however they could. Allowed me to drop my trailer so I could run to phone store to get my phone straightened out. Clean and comfortable.
I had initial troubles with booking a reservation, but the customer service rep I spoke with was a delight to work with and he went above and beyond to resolve my problem! Bravo!

Everything was straight forward but my confirmation email went to spam. I worried but they sent me a text that resent the email, that's how I figured it was going to spam.
To answer your survey question: Yes, I received a confirmation FROM HOTELWIZ, but I DID NOT FROM THE HOTEL. So not sure why you want me to indicate I received a confirmation, and thus won't technically know if I'm good to go with my hotel stay through this reservation process until I attempt to check in at the hotel. Thank you.

Was looking for a decent hotel for the night before we board for our cruise, and Hotel Wiz had really good prices and made the booking experience very easy.
Prices were a little better that other sites I tried
You robbed me my booking was not confirmed with the hotel you are not subscribed so I had to pay the hotel again.
I kept sending emails but my challenge was not attended to.
It was my first experience which turned out to be a nightmare and I regret it I will surely advice all my contacts not to book through your booking site.
Looking forward to our stay. Chose to pay a little more in case family wanted to stay at the same hotel. The choice was a good price for the best location.
Less $ than other sites.
I got to the resort and they charged a resort fee. That is ridiculous ti was not clear or apparent that would be charged and to wait until you get to the hotel to find out about the charge is a joke.
Because it had the lowest price but feel like I totally got bait and switched. I would have chosen a different hotel if I new my bill would double with a resort fee
