Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)
Horrible and terrible Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!
My booking was rather easy, I was expected upon arrival at the hotel. Great service, fast & easy. I would highly recommend.
My account was charged seven times for the room. This scared the heck out of me. But it was taken care of.

The guy who check us in was an amazing concierge. Friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and so was the rest of the hotel.

Site said there would be no resort fees or costs when I arrive toy hotel. There were unknown fees totaling almost $100.
I thought it was a great reputable site, but I was hit with hidden fees after being told there were none.

It was great easy to book I'm not sure what to say at this point I have not stayed at the hotel yet my booking date is in April,

Cheaper and faster than checking in at the hotel. Saved 50% in the parking lot and took 2 minutes to book
Its just fantastic, clean, good view, great hotel to spend the night, nice service at the reception and nice reception area.
Found that the rate was competitive with my Choice hotel.
Door was hard to open, sink was slow to drain, hotel was under renovation. It was still just what we needed for a night. Close to restaurants.

Fraud! They stole money from me, hotel wiz has their own fake card which declined at hotel.
