Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)
Horrible and terrible Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!

Holiday Inn was overbooked and cancelled my reservation, but HotelWiz still charged me. They still haven't refunded my credit card.
Hotelwiz booking app was easy to navigate through and Hotelwiz emailed customer if they recieved booking confirmation. Will use Hotelwiz in future.
Was looking at booking Hotel for availability and Hotel wiz was one of the apps offered for booking.
I booked accommodations through HotelWiz. The process appear to work the way it's supposed to. It wasn't bad nor was it amazing.
I had no choice. Normally I would book through Hotels.com to get points toward free stays but for this accommodation Hotels.com was not an option.
The guest before me did an enema in the bathtub. I do think the rate affords a quality room.
After scrollin for I swear I scrolled for 99 hours and tried to book a hotel in Las Vegas and I wasn't able to book my reservation uggggggggh! So when I got to Hotelwiz and was able to book finish and pay it was definitely a YAYYYYYYYYYYYY moment.

HOTELWIZ is a complete SCAM and FRAUDALANT company. They are trying to DOUBLE BILL me for the same upcoming stay I booked this upcoming June. After my credit card company, Capital One, detected fraud upon my initial attempt to book, both my credit card company and Hotelwiz advised me to rebook. The rebook went quite easily, as it should. The initial booking, however, which was first in the pending stage for a week, then dropped off the system, reappeared, only after the 2nd booking went through. Hotelwiz does not want to refund me one of the two charges for THE SAME STAY. Little does Hotelwiz know the matter is in dispute with Capital One, is in the hands of my personal attorney, & LITTLE DOES HOTELWIZ KNOW I WILL MAKE IT MY SOUL MISSION TO EXPOSE THEM FOR THE CHEATS, SCAMMERS, AND FRAUDS THEY ARE Heed my advice! Stay away from them. They are the biggest thieves on the face of the earth. Except this time, they $#*!ed around with the WRONG PERSON. TRUE PIECES OF $#*!. BTW...KENNETH, THE SPOKEPERSON, IS THE BIGGEST LIAR AMD THIEF OF ALL. He doesn,'t know his own calls to me were recorded, and that his very own emails will incriminate himself!

Good price, got er done. I was given a wifi access, but it was not compatible with my laptop.
