Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)
Horrible and terrible Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!

-No room (cleaning) service unless you ask for, I did not get my room cleaned.
-The noise from the pool on the 4th floor makes it hard sleep. No restriction how late people stay on the pool.
-No water bottle in the room, you have to purchsase from a machine. A bottle of water costs about 10 cents. Cannot beleive a 4-star hotel does not provide one.
-Reception personal come with attitude.
Will not be staying there again.
