Good experience, easy to follow site, but was told I would not be charged for my booking until my stay and I was charged the day I completed the booking.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Southside Fort Worth is a peaceful retreat for those seeking treatment in the medical district of the city. The staff is very welcoming and friendly to interact with.

The site was easy to navigate. I put in my destination in the search and poof up came listings and pricing and I went with the cheapest. Tada hotelwiz it was!

Well this place was full of cockroaches, I can not believe management knew about this and didn't say anything.

With 4-5 sites they have the lowest price of the hotel I needed to stay in. No hassle, just straight discounts. Will use again.

I was hoping to check with the hotel to make sure they have my reservation. There is no phone number listed on booking email.

Little worrisome dealing with an unknown co but so far the booking went smoothly, the rates were accurate, and better than anyone else, etc.

I had very good experience with every thing. I'm going this next week and do it all over again and hope for the same out come.

Very good found me a room that was showing sold out at resort for the busy weekend I wanted to book compared to all other websites

Would have liked an email confirmation. Instead of having to go back through old tabs to find it, otherwise everything was fine

Download and done. Just needed a last minute room and didn't want to pay hotel price. Taxes were excessive but still cheaper.

My overall experience was fine but I do not like being forced to write a specific amount of words for a survey...

Quick & easy with no back - tracking or jumping around. Very linear. Confirmation was quick and in a easily print format.

Haven't stayed at the property yet. Booking worked fine, assuming I have a room to stay in when I get there.

I booked a hotel through Hotelwiz. After the booking, I realized that the dates for the booking were incorrect. It had the following day of the booking as a default for the time frame and I needed it for that weekend. I called Hotelwiz Customer Service within five minutes of realizing my mistake. They informed me that their policy doesn't allow for any changes or refunds. They absolutely wouldn't help me change the date of the booking. After I got off the phone with them, I contacted the hotel itself. The person at the hotel was amenable to changing the dates if they had availability for the dates I needed, but said they couldn't change it without Hotelwiz contacting them to do so. I tried one more time to call Hotelwiz to let them know the hotel was willing to change booking dates. They repeated the same policy back to me that they can't change dates or provide refunds. In short, it cost me approximately $200 for a understandable mistake and a hotel reservation that I couldn't use! I've learned my lesson to read the policy prior to booking anything. Caveat emptor

Booking was simple, quick and accurate. We were skeptical since we had never heard of this site, but all went well.

Very fast and had the best deals. I haven't stayed in the hotel we booked yet, it's still 3 months away.
