Very pleased with everything! Convenient location close to I-85 & COSTCO. 24 hour coffee in the lobby, professional staff, good hot breakfast, clean & comfortable beds. (Coffee could be better. It had an aftertaste that could've been caused by the water.)
Horrible and terrible Can't modify reservations at all even if you book early and someone from hotel wiz tried to request money from a different account of mine sayin it was for the hotel I don't even know how they got my other account information and they don't answer the customer service site just hangs up on you so you can't get into anybody and when you do, they're not very nice and they're very rude. I do not recommend this at all stay away from hotel wiz!
Other sites have it when you book 3 nights you get a night free why don't we get a another night free

When I arrived at the Hotel my reservation was correct and they were ready to receive me with no problems.

Certain hotels in Vegas have resort fees that are illegal. I was charged $45 additional to the rate quoted with tax.

Title says it all. Good rate, quick process. Only surprise was the added taxes, but obviously national policy.

There was hair in the shower, so obviously not cleaned that well. Rugs were stained and looked burnt
