I placed my order on 18th May (over 5 weeks ago!) and have received confirmation that my order has been shipped, however when I view the tracking number it indicates that 'status is not available'. I have paid $80 USD and unsure I will even see my products! Order number HOB-*******. Just want a refund now. Instead of answering to all of the bad reviews - how about taking the time to reply to those that have sent emails asking about their order! Crossing my fingers still and hoping this is not a fake company.

Horrible in every aspect

Broke with 2 minutes of using it
House of beauty took 3 weeks and 4 emails to reply
Their response: " we do not accept any returns"
Horrible company. Fake products. Do not buy!

BEWARE

Beware of ordering from this company right now! I placed an order in March. They were great initially getting the order shipped initially. However, there was one item in my order that they did not have. They sent a notification with the shipment that I would receive it shortly. However, it has been almost 2 months and I have not received it. Numerous emails to support online and after being told it was on the way, it never showed. In a follow up email I was then asked for proof that I never received the item with the initial shipment. REALLY! Unbelievable that they don't have record of that. Multiple emails since showing the invoice and note saying the item was missing and would come shortly and I now do not receive any response for over 2 weeks. Using the pandemic as an excuse now when the country is fully open and no one is even wearing masks is unacceptable!

I placed two orders with the House of Beauty. The 1st one was delivered to my overseas address quickly with no issues.
The 2nd order, however, while it did arrive quickly as well, only half of my order was shipped. I have written 5 emails to date to their customer services department but no response. I have tried calling the phone number on the shipping invoice but no answer. My advice is to avoid using House of Beauty because they are not reliable or consistent. There is a risk of never receiving your items and losing your money with no recourse.

House of Beauty attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Alex. Owner/ manager told my Credit card company I am not owed any money other than the shipping charge of 12.54 for the merchandise I returned in it's original condition of over 78.00 total. She they have all my merchandise and am keeping my money. BTW the 12.54 should never have been charged in the first place because I spent enough for free shipping per their website

What kind of business is this. The reps I peak with are not helpful in the least. This company need to be exposed for unscrupulous practices

No Refund

I ordered a product in Oct 2021. It was not available and I have not been able to secure a refund after numerous email requests. They simply do not answer and your money is gone. Under no circumstances order from them.

If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. This so called "business" is fraud. Don't buy anything from them because you won't even receive what you ordered. The customer service is horrible! They don't even respond or fix their mistakes

My experience was terrible from the start. First, I got two confirmation emails, one with the discounted price that I used with a promo code and the other full price. It turned out I had been charged full price. Took several days to reach someone at customer service. No one answers when you call and the email response took forever. I even got multiple emails back from different people after like a week of it having been resolved; clearly, there is a lack of organization and communication in the customer service department.

And to top it off, it took 9 days to receive a tracking number and for my item to actually ship. I had finally gotten through to customer service, and the only way to receive a concrete response was to threaten to cancel my order. The rep was quick to help but not friendly or apologetic whatsoever.

Never ordering from this site again. Don't bother with them.

I'm so disappointed with this company. I've ordered from them before and had no issues, but when it comes to doing returns and exchanges, this is where they have the worst service I've ever encountered. The way they handle returns is VERY extra - they had me email photos of a wig I no longer wanted and never wore and they had to send me a return authorization number, which had to be used within 10 days of receiving the number. With a busy lifestyle, this was just very impractical and inconsiderate, especially since they're taking their sweet time to get me my exchange. I've called 3 different numbers associated with the company, including the one they emailed me directly to do the exchange, and there is never anyone working! What kind of business is this? I will never order from them again

The worst.

Placed an order and should've known it would turn in to a disaster. I've waited patiently for it to arrive as life got crazy. Have now waited 5 weeks and received nothing. They can somehow respond to posts on here, but not just respond to customer service requests and give refunds for their terrible fraud of a site. Shocked it still exists. DO NOT ORDER!
