I ordered two diffrent orders from House Of Beauty! I recieved both boxes with 1 box having 4 items missing and a reciept with check bu the missing items, they acknowledged not shipped yet, ok fine but I wanted to reach out just to make sure they update me with a new tracking number for the items missing, I got no answer until I found the cell phone number listed in my email reciept copy at the very very bottom, so I called and a gentleman answered and said after the July 4th holiday, he will ship these items, he also asked for me to take a snapshot of my paper reciept and text it, i did ( could of just emailed him the emailed copy, but ok) anyways so I left it alone, come Tuesday, I textd again and assured me Thursday, will be shipped, LIED, and I have ALL THE TEXT BETWEEN HIM AND MYSELF. Today, I called and textd and finally when he did answer, he said DONT YOU GOOGLE OR STAY UPDATED ABOUT SHIPPING? HE ACUALLY BLAMED ME FOR HIS COMPANY BEING RATS AND NOT DOING THEIR JOB AND TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR ORDER NUMBER Order Details W-******* ITEMS MISSING, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SNAKES
Looks like it's a pattern for this company not any customer service. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Just like so many others on here have said, House of Beauty is a giant scam, trying to take people's hard earned money and give no product in return! Placed order on 5/27 and sent an e-mail to cancel the same day. Heard absolutely nothing back since then, other than automated e-mails using COVID as an excuse for delayed shipping. I've ordered from so many different websites and received my items within a week! Customer service number does not work, rings once or twice and goes straight to voicemail saying they're closed. I've sent three e-mails now, still have heard nothing back. Going to report this company to my bank for FRAUD so I can get my money back. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! No idea how they're still in business. Hopefully with enough reports of fraud, they will be shut down like they so desperately need to be. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TAKEN! Oh, and Isobella, if you "read" this and give your coronavirus excuse response or your "we are working hard to fix your issue" response, MY ORDER NUMBER IS ******* AND FOR THE FOURTH TIME I WANT MY ORDER CANCELLED AND MONEY REFUNDED!
