Houzz does not fact check support reviews for awarding it's members. Ghost written reviews and fraudulent sources are prevalent as with the referenced interior design business. Consequently, all Houzz Customer service "awards" are suspect. Moreover, the award recipients use the awards to falsely market themselves as superior professionals. It's a sham.
Tip for consumers:
Do not believe Houzz/D'amore IDS/Claudia Dabdoub 2019 Customer Service Award.

Don't be scammed by pros positive reviews. I used Summit architecture ltd because of 100% positive reviews. They went into liquidation took all my money after I got a county court judgement against them. Yet Oliver Newell and Nicolette Lever Carver are able to open a new company doing exactly the same but supposedly now a cheaper online company. They were shockingly unprofessional and unskilled and took loads of money up front. Lost thousands of pounds. Houzz however refuse to publish any negative reviews and I have read on trust pilot that there were others like me who lost a lot of money.
I've been weeks trying to get a refund on faulty goods. You have to contact them via web page. I've been going round in circles for over a week, with incomprehensible emails from them, and getting nowhere.
The C. Service contact number is unrecognisable, and I find out by googling it that it is a US number.
No mention of this on the website.
No US code given.
No mention of call charges made.
NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!

Awful. £300 a month for nothing. Don't bother, they are a scam... still not been able to get in touch with my account manager for months.
