Stay away from this company they have Fake reviews on website i paid for a human hair worth £250 After two months of waiting i received a synthetic hair worth £8 awfully robish haïr. Pls do not buy. You will not have your money back

Love this wig for years! I've been purchasing wigs from here for many years and the customer service and delivery service is superb. I am a daily wig wearer and the wig is very lightweight and comfortable.If your looking for a sexy look you'll definitely need to get the wig style!

Color perfect and I was so pleased with the style. I also appreciate the help from the customer service representative as I have been a customer for years but wanted to change my style not the color easier to transition into a new style.

I hope people do read and take heed to reviews. I hope this will stop others from having to deal with the loss of money, time and a huge disappointment. Look for another company and read their reviews. I actually found a great wig company near me. The prices aregoodand you can see quality. Wowigs is a scam. There is no customer service and they will not stand behind their products.

The hair wig is so special. It is the reason for my newly developed confidence. It looks so real that I myself forgot that I am wearing a wig on many occasions. Such specialty makes the wig worth having.

Which took forever to receive and thought I wasn't going to get it. Had to file a dispute claim to try to get my money back. They finally sent me the wig. It wasn't human hair, smelled of chemicals, wrong color, Not what was advertised. Trying to ship it back to china and trying to get reimbursed was more than I could deal with. So I ate it. The least I can do is warn others. One star is too many!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I placed an order. It looks nothing like the wig on the model. I was worried that the one I'd chosen would be too blonde. I wish it was blonde. It certainly looks like a wig. I won't return it as everyone seems to have difficulty in knowing where to return it. I'll put it down to experience

Howigs.co.uk is not a UK company. They are based in HEIFI CHINA. I rated them 1 only because there wasn't a 0.
The quality of the wigs are costume if that. The photos do not represent what you will get. Further more, you will not get your money back.
I cannot stress enough don't waste your money. They have a US website too with similar warnings.

I ordered a wig approximately 3 months ago. It finally arrived. I was excited as the box was opened only to have extreme disappointment when I saw it. The hair was the wrong color... Maybe it can be colored. I put it on and discovered a flaw in the front of the wig. It was as if a few rows of hair was put on going in the opposite direction of the rest of the hair. I tried contacting them via the website... Nothing. After waiting a couple weeks I contacted them again via the website... Nothing. I have yet to hear from them. The next step is to contact the credit card company. I would advise anyone to stay away from HoWigs.

I am a first-time wig user and I am surprised with the quality of the hair. I am very impressed. I have not worn my wig yet in public but I am confident to wear them because they look like a natural hair.

Oh my goodness, is this one a keeper! The lace front is very nicely done; the part looks so natural; and the color is wonderful! Almost exactly matches my hair color. So light and comfortable and cool on the head. Looks like real hair. I absolutely love it! Love the rooted color!

I am happy and satisfied with the wig I got from howigs.au. It is exactly the same as the one I saw and ordered from their website. It was delivered at me on the specified time as stated at their website. The wig I got is of good quality and I like it very much.

I bought wig from Howig looking at the product reviews first which got 5 stars. Took forever to receive the item. And the wig is nothing like the one in the picture. It's weird wig, seems like it's backwards. Cant wear it at all. Absolutely waste of money. I wrote bad review but of course they didn't put what I wrote. Only 5 stars reviews allowed to be posted. Grrrr... I hate this shop!

I just lost 240£. Ordered 2 wig and sended back to them, address was on the box, so the same day I run to the post office. Now they said it not our address and bla bla bhla. They do not accept return my money back. May someone know where to ask for help? Some company? I cant leave it like that. :( its big money..

I ordered and paid $278 Australia dollars, I received the most hideous orange curly wig. It was supposed to be ash blonde. Becky will not refund me, even though their website policy says they. She's ignoring my emails as I've asked countless times for a return address and my money back.

Hi everyone I award HoWigs NIL STARS and this is an update since my last review 8/8/2017. I am in the process of my 10th email to this company for a returns address and to no avail, all they have done is delay the process and offer me a £10 refund then today a £15 refund, and the best part is they are so sorry for my inconvenience? What a joke, actually this is not funny as I have limited funds and can't afford to let this go. I have not been outside my house for 2 months because I am not the person I used to be as in a full head of hair and when I ordered my wig I actually believed that my order would be a saviour, not at all, in fact quite the opposite. This company is targeting vulnerable customers and this has to stop, no empathy, no professionalism, no ethics whatsoever, I am totally stressed out which is not good for my health, but I will not be taken for a fool. I will update if I have any further news. Thank you for your time. X

I have worn a lot of different brands and colors and this wig is by far the best I can find within this style color and quality. Everything about this wig is fabulous. I have had a couple different colors... all beautiful. It is versatile and it's very comfortable. All this and the price is on point! It is my go to, my everyday and my all the time.
