This wig style that I've tried firstly. I do like it, but coming from wearing other style wigs, it was a bit different. It's a pretty wig, but the color is a bit brighter than what I have expected.

Howigsau will not get a positive review... Howigsau do not refund your money but will encourage you buy another wig, they will also charge you more to redo another wig with an extra charge My price changed 3 times from AUD $20 to AUD $25 to AUD$30. The wig I ordered looked nothing like the picture... very disappointed. I ordered a wig stand with the wig. I did not receive the wig stand and to date still have not received. Placed first order 2nd January 2018... to date it is 5th February - 35 days later and still waiting. DONT EVER BUY FROM HOWIGS

I have been wearing my wig everyday, people can not tell it's a wig! I love the color, this color which perfectly matches my usually bleached hair. I have received so many compliments! LOVE it!

I ordered a wig from Howigs in December. It took forever to get the wig. I paid $500 for the wig. It was supposed to be 100% remy human hair. The wig was not human hair, and the color was not at all what was shown in the picture I ordered.It was the worst quality of hair and wig I have ever seen. I brought it to 2 wig specialists to attempt to color it. No salon would touch the wig, as they had no clue what fibre the wig was made of, and they ensured me it was not human hair. I immediately contacted the company to return the wig. After approximately 20-30 emails (and 2 months later) from Becky, who would NOT provide me a return address, I contacted PayPal. PayPal contacted the company for me to get the return address. Becky told PayPal I had accepted a 20% discount they offered. This was NOT true. I told PayPal I did not accept any discount the offered and I wanted my full refund. PayPal got the address. I recently shipped the wig back, and will receive my full refund in 5-10 days. This was truly the worst on-line shopping experience I have ever had in my life. The company really should be shut down.

Would not make the right color, would not refund, crappy customer service. Fraud is a good word for it! If there was a "zero" star, I would highlight it.

Nothing like picture on web site, wrong colour, e-mailed them, they wont photos, wont give me a refund, they wont give me a return address, offered me $10 refund, must have sent over 20 e-mails, they wont me to get another wig, and more money from me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Don't, Please don't waist your time with this company! They are nothing but a SCAM! I can't say this enough! They Will Not refund your money. They don't stand behind their refund policy or their product. I paid them $268.00 for two crappy wigs, I wish I knew at the time I ordered and paid this amount what I was going to be dealing with. They don't have any other way of communication except for constantly emailing. No address, no phone to call! No nothing! You deal with Sara or Lucy through emails only! I have come to the conclusion I am fighting an uphill battle, and I am on the losing end! I go back and look again at their wigs, and found another wig I liked that was a Human hair wig. I told them to just swap me out with that wig, keep in mind (they are still overpaid by $46.00). They said they could do that, but I need to send the other 2 wigs back first! "TELL ME WHERE!" "WHAT IS YOUR DAMN RETURN ADDRESS? Then I was told to send another $14.00 for shipping. I said just take part of the $46.00 owed to me for the $14.00 shipping. I'm already in the hole with them! I told Them I wasn't spending another dime with them! Again I asked for the address, to ship the other gorilla wigs back, and so far I've received no response! They need to be shut down or caught scamming people! Does anyone have any recommendations I should do to get my money or the other wig? Please advise!

They will take your money and send you a bogus wig. Don't do it! Got a wig that was not made for me. Sent the wig back and now I'm just out! No wig, no money! Plus I have no hair due to chemo.

The name says sooo much. My mom bought a $100-plus wig from SoCal... So she thought. The cheap, dusty, hairless wig came straight from China, with a $20 price tag attached.

I'm very pleased with my shopping experience. I contacted the customer service and very helpful. My wig looks and fits perfectly. Very happy and will be back!

Love it! I order 1 (one), then ordered 2 (two) more... liked it so much I turned right around and ordered 2 (two) more! Now, I have plenty for back-ups.

It really is natural. I have 4 and love the brand. I really love this wig. It is perfect. This is what I wanted. I recommended it to my friends and getting positive response from them. It is great.

Ordered a Wig from them then cancelled within 5 minutes of purchase. They kept sending me emails to please keep my Order offering discounts, gifts etc. Stated no thanks just want full refund. They eventually said ok no problem will refund full amount but are having trouble with processing the amount thru Paypal (problem on Paypals end). I'd had enuf and put in a Claim with Paypal to deal with them. Lo & behold I got my full refund within 2-3 days. Thank u ALSO LADIES THEY SCAM U BY SAYING CUSTOM WIGS WILL NOT BE RETURNED ETC BUT THEY WILL NOT STATE ON THEIR SITE WHAT IS STANDARD ORDER AND WHAT IS CUSTOM ORDER HOPING YOU WILL NOT PICK UP ON THIS POINT UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE ORDERED A WIG AND BY THEN IT'S TOO LATE - YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!

After chemo, I was in desperate need of a hair wig. My friend introduced this platform to me. I loved the variety and the price. I have bought 5 wigs till now and I am really proud of my wigs.

I am surprised and happy to say that this wig -- looks and feels superb. I habe bought several just to stock up.

This is not a Uk based company Its Chinese. Appalling wigs, no resemblance to advertised product. Highlights large chunks of bold yellow, weave is exposed. Badly cut chunky layer at least 2 inch difference, would not even wear it for fancy dress

Fast shipping and very nice wig. Not a great look for me though. I had some of the length taken off and it is better.
