I am another person who has made a mistake with this company address is the same but company name is OPO Hair. I purchased the wig through opohair.co.uk but it's not koi n the UK, It's the same issue as everyone else - charging £180 for fake synthetic wig with absolutely no shape or style, it took 5 weeks to arrive and it's a shapeless, disgusting, rough plastic nonsense - an acrylic mess. Not only false advertising but they are trying to run me around in shady email circles saying they'll give me 30%, then 35% now £100 it's just wicked. 3 weeks of going back and forth acting like they don't understand me - after some digging it turns out the company is hidden behind 2 fake companies here in the UK, they have given me the same address as you all have sent your returns to - I have started action with PayPal but something tells me God Almighty will need to get involved now to even stand a chance of getting my money back. It's my fault I felt in my heart to stay with Amazon but I really wanted a Human Hair wig. I saw there was 127 people who have had the same problems.

This is one of those few styles that looks great on any face shape and any age. It's very pretty! I'll be wearing this often during the busy holidays! Make your life easier and pick up it!

This is my favorite of the dozen wigs I've tried. It's extremely natural looking, light weight, and heads turn when I wear it! The color is good - true to photo.

I purchased this wig in champagne rooted, and it is absolutely GORGEOUS! The Flexlite fiber feels like natural hair and the color is unbelievably beautiful. Even the styling needs no improvement because it is short and sassy.

Getting this wig truly lifted my spirits I cannot thank you enough for selling such an outstanding product. Very natural, light and comfortable wig. Love it! Will buy it again!

I contacted them to cancel my order, and was told I could not cancel. The website makes it appear they are in the UK, but after TRYING to communicate with them, they are in China. Horrible experience and I still have not gotten any refund.

Do not order from this website. The wigs are nothing like they describe, they take forever to ship it to you and then do not refund your money! I would NEVER use this website. Please DO NOT USE Ho Wigs! EVER!

Do not buy from these wig suppliers. Wigsis.com, howig.com, Hairware.
They are scammers. Wigs are awful, nothing like pictured.
They will not answer you for return. That say that I did not order wigs from them, they chachange their e-mail. Scammers.

Absolutely love this wig right out of the box. The hair looks very natural! Will definitely buy me another, just hoping to get a coupon offer then I will buy it!

I paid money through PayPal and ordered a wig on the 8 th November 2016. Paid 63 GBP and when I did not receive and complained they asked for more money to treship it to me, again I paid the extra 15 pounds and still did not get it s stupid story about authorities in USA destroying the wig and later another story about being sent to a bogus address! Now they are asking for more money to reship again. FRAUD

I decided to take a chance on this wig as going shorter. This wig is perfect in length and you do not need to do any trimming. Like it so much bought two more.

Don't order from this site it is crap I order a wig months ago and only to receive a wig which was nothing like I order and I also had to pay 14.20 when the post man came and I was horrified when I open the box the wig was disgusting nothing at all like I order i have e mailed them maybe around twenty times and now they say it was the one I order omg and said I could return it. Me pay to send it back to them I have already paid money for the postage and the wig so I am going to let all the other company's be aware that this site is a con artist I have lost my money and the postage and no wig

As with other reviews, which I should have checked before ordering, wig received was nothing like I ordered. After initial email from customer support, received Postmaster email all in Chinese.

Natural human hair wigs at very nominal prices in this shop. It is highly recommendable to buy wigs from this store if you are suffering from baldness. I am satisfied.

I finally found a wig that looks and feels so natural. No one can tell it's not my real hair. Love the natural wave and color. My husband says it's his favorite of all the wigs I've worn.

Do not buy from this company, you will waste your money. They have put fake good reviews eveywhere, read the negative ones please to get an idea of how bad they really are!

Ive tried combing, brushing, and blow drying it. NOTHING! Dont know know what else todo. IT IS MANGY THIN HAIR OR WORSE. Returning for a FULL REFUND. Please tell me where to send it ASAP! Was not even styled the way shown on arrival.

This is a great wig just like all the others I have received fromthis company. They always send your order out very fast and always are there to help any way they can.

Hopefully, unlike myself, you will be reading this before placing order. Took yonks to arrive and putting aside the colour it bore no resemblance to the picture of what I ordered WHATSOEVER. (looked like a Mop Head) They are now refusing to let me return the wig for a full refund, telling me to try it on again and offering me discount of next purchase, LIKE I WOULD ORDER ANOTHER WIG FROM THEM. The company obviously takes money off of vulnerable women under false pretenses, HOW SHODDY IS THAT!

Unfortunately I checked up this horrible company way to late, the order was already placed.
Now I am among all of you who tries to get a refund which seems impossible. As it is no doubt scam and fraud I will ask PayPal to step in 20 days after my first complaint to the company.
I made them understand that I am not interested in others than a full refund (wont happen I am sure) as they use illegal methods to get their terrible wigs sold. Like someone wrote they use pictures from expensive collections and the wig you actually get is nothing like the pictures in the ad.
In my case they used the picture from Ellen Willies expensive collection. Model "Soul". I wrote to them and asked them to take action. Of course they were already aware of this and yes, they are trying to fight these companies even though hard as they keep changing name.
Anyway; the wig I received was made of plastic and not remy hair as promised. The length was approximately as the one on the pic and the color ok but as mentioned plastic (did check just to make sure and burnt a loose "hair" that was stuck in the net covering the wig) and smelled horrible moreover. The lacefront was non existing and no need to even try it on.
It´s a shame how they scam people with often lethal diseases, like myself.
I do hope that everyone who is planning to buy a wig take part of all these warnings before placing an order. And actually PayPal claim they will refund if you have been scammed. Just collect as much information you possibly can.
