This appears to be a complete scam operation. You can establish an account with no KYC however without warning or notice the scammers tell you you can not withdraw ANYTHING without verifying KYC. Doing so is lengthy, full of conflicting requests, website inaccuracies and e-mail (if lucky) from semi-illiterate support. Only to be followed by an elaborate scam operation requesting specific coin trade transfer and withdrawal info and personal data. The managers of this exchange are thieves. Once you deposit enough (in my case 40K) they will never let you withdraw it. Here is the information they demand to "Verify" your deposit-

(5) Providing the currency withdrawal record and address information of the currency exchange user after currency exchange
If you answer any or all of these questions you will get a reply stating that your "application for withdrawal" has been rejected and asking you to start all over again. I went through 5 weeks of solid delay tactics, website failures, no-reply rejection e-mails and not once were any of my questions answered. They use Bots to automatically reply. You have been warned. If you deposit funds in Huobi or HTX you are placing your assets into the hands of criminals.

I want to share my negative experience with HTX and their product, the Huobi Token TRC20. Despite initial promises and the potential associated with this cryptocurrency, the company abruptly discontinued the token. I am unable to access my money and am locked out of my account after changing my phone number. Htx.com support is not responding to me at all. I have no one to help me. It has been over two weeks. Indeed, I have contacted customer support multiple times without receiving a response.

htx.com is a very bad exchange, they are suspending accounts with crypto in them and dont let you withdraw your money.
