These contacts are by far the best I have come across. I have yet to have an issue with having them on time, and it's so nice to not having to worry about putting them into solution at the end of the day. Just take them out and throw them away, and onto a fresh pair the next day. If there is a way to give Hubble a rating higher than 5 I would.
I'd rate -5 if I could cause from the contacts to the customer service, I've had the worst time with this company. The contacts hurt after awhile and leave your eyes feeling dry as hell and it always feels uncomfortable. The customer service phone lines and chats are all useless cause they don't know anything either. If they say they'll direct you to a higher management or that someone will call you to resolve a problem, it's a lie because there is no number to call nor is there anyone that's going to call you. I hope they do better in the future but I'm very disappointed with this company.
Hubble is fast and efficient! They are so fast sometimes I feel like they send a new box of contacts 6 weeks before I finish my last order. Lol. Dry humor doesn't translate well in text but seriously, if you appreciate fast and reliable service and you hate it when you get out of the shower and you already took out your contact lenses and you're searching for your glasses and then you find your glasses with your butt as you crush them and break them rendering them useless as I often do- then Hubble is the brand for you. 5 stars!
Simply love these contacts. At first I was just gonna try these for a few months but now I'm just hooked. It's simple and straightforward. They're always on time so I never have to worry about running out. Just try them out and you'll see.
I love how affordable these contacts are. However, they are not as comfortable as other (pricier) daily lenses that I have used in the past. I feel like I can notice them in my eyes after wearing them for a long time, which is something I didn't experience with other brands.
Due to allergies, I was struggling making my contacts last a month. So I switched to Hubble and now I don't have to stress about making them last longer than one day! I have a few in each pack that are duds, but honestly, at. 50 a contact, it's not a big deal. I get each pack in the mail right on time without having to do a thing, and that works for me! As a working mom, I have enough to keep up with and contacts doesn't have to be one of them now!
The contacts were all right. They weren't particularly great for any reason but they were my prescription. They offer no refunds. In the end I was charged automatically because I didn't pay attention to the cancel date. +$80 bucks for a less than mediocre contact.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you cancel before your trial ends, don't expect the contacts to be shipped in 10 days. Mine came in 15

Hubble's automated subscription removes the hassle of me having to purchase contact lenses and therefore saves me time. Their flexible model allows me to decide how often I need lenses. The lenses are also great quality, my eyes stay hydrated for the whole day. I love using them!
They've been a blessing for me with how easy they've made everything. The billing, shipping. Sign up, link payment method and forget about it. Lens quality is good but not perfect. (Which is why I say 4stars. I'd give 4 1/2 if I could) Once in a while I get some irritation when wearing them all day, but I do have sensitive eyes. But overall I've been happy and don't have any plans on looking elsewhere.
I am so happy with Hubble contacts. My eyes are very sensitive and these have worked out so well for me. Compared to contacts I have had in the past these are fantastic. Love that they arrive every month and I don't have to think about placing an order. Highly recommend trying them!

Also regarding the shipping, understanding the new reality with COVID and mailing problems, maybe you should consider changing your shipping methods. You should provide shipping proof with tracking number automatically, instead of having us to contact someone, then be turned away by an agent that don't care. Being told "5 to 10 days, up to 15 days" when it takes up to 2 months is not a solution, and it doesn't help to keep customer.
Love this! I hate having to call my optometry clinic and driving over there when they are only open 8-4pm. It delivers at the right time and the customer service has been excellent. It may be slightly pricier than some brands, but it's worth it not to have to stress.
Hubble has made my life easier. It's super convenient to have my contacts sent right to me without having to do anything on my end. Also the daily contacts work great for my eyes--all around great experience! Highly recommend.

Even with vision insurance, the cost of my daily contacts from Acuvue (or however its spelled) was much higher than what I pay for contacts with hubble. I don't notice a difference in quality, even with sensitive/easily irritated eyes. Their customer service is also amazing.
I have been wearing contacs for a long time. Their lenses are good quality and very comfortable for an extremely low price. I highly recommend them. Their customer service is second to none if you have any issues at all.
The contacts are overly thin in comparison to their competition, Aveo, Waldo. So with my having them be so thin it causes my eyes to dry out faster than normal, so that then causes me not to be able to wear them all day.
The quality is okay, there always seems to be some kind of floating particles in the solution, weird but not harmful as far as I can tell.
Overpriced for what you get for sure. I ended up getting better quality and way better price at Costco.
I usually have a problem with dry eyes and being allergic to the contact solution that contacts are usually placed in. I don't have this problem with Hubble contacts! I enjoy wearing these contacts, of course when there happens to be quite a few ordered, some have some issue with some extra tiny piece of connected plastic/folds towards the very edge of the contacts. This is only like within 1% of what I usually get from them.
I love that Hubble is making it easier to get access to contact lenses. The price seems fair, though I wish they would throw in free shipping. The biggest issue is the product: the lenses dry out before the end of the day and sometimes the prescription is off causing me blurry vision and leading to headaches. One minor thing is that I wish they would have a monthly option instead of 28-days or 42-days.
I've been bragging about my contacts to my dad for awhile now. He finally decided to get on board and get some himself. HE LOVES THEM! They are so comfortable to wear and I love not having to go through the whole cleaning process every day. I just toss them out and grab a fresh pair the next day!
My biggest concern starting a subscription was making sure I always had contacts when I need them. I've been ordering for months now and the shipment is always on time, and I've never had to worry about not having contacts.
I appreciate Hubble & love my dailies. It's honestly So worth the switch to have fresh lenses every day. Comfort! Customer service has been wonderful in that they (almost) always resolve my issues to my satisfaction. However, I have been given a hard time before and did not appreciate that. That said, I'm a satisfied customer and continue to use Hubble.
I love Hubble! You guys make it super accessible for people to buy contacts for a low price. Would definitely recommend Hubble to other people. Just one thing that bothers me is that sometimes the contacts feel very plasticy. They dry out pretty quick but they're convenient so I wear them. Other than that, great company.
I tried these on an impulse buy last spring. I immediately fell in love with them! New contacts every day! I wore them to visit my eye doctor for my annual check up and she thought they were great and approved them immediately.
I no longer worry about running out of contacts... I select the delivery frequency (30 days, 45 days, etc.), and I have contacts in my mailbox like clockwork! At just a little over $1/day, it's a no-brainer. The quality is comparable to other daily wear lenses I've received at my Optometrist. I have worn Hubble contacts for almost 2 years now and love them!
I was hesitant to try Hubble, mainly because it seemed too convenient for an affordable price ($33/month is nothing compared to a year-long supply of my old dailies brand). So I tried the trial period where you only pay for shipping. They came super quickly (after I added my doctor's info) and I tried them out. The first day I was bummed because they felt a little drier than I was used to. But over the course of the week my eyes had adjusted and I never turned back.
I used to do month-to-month and then saw they were offering an annual price that was even cheaper. So even if you want to do-month-to-month or annual, you really never have to think about it. I always have contact lenses on hand.
I only take off 1 star because my friends have astigmatism and can't purchase Hubble. But I want to spread the love!
I have had no issues with Hubble. I always get my contacts on time, billed appropriately, and am always happy when they arrive. The contacts are comfortable for all day wear, and are easy to tell which box is for which eye because the boxes are color coded.
I wouldn't say they're the best contacts at all! They leave eyes dry and most of the time some contacts don't even stay in the eye. Eyes burn and become unbearable so have to open another set. Website is not easy to use. Have tried to change details but cannot get guidance through website.
