These contacts are by far the best I have come across. I have yet to have an issue with having them on time, and it's so nice to not having to worry about putting them into solution at the end of the day. Just take them out and throw them away, and onto a fresh pair the next day. If there is a way to give Hubble a rating higher than 5 I would.
I'd rate -5 if I could cause from the contacts to the customer service, I've had the worst time with this company. The contacts hurt after awhile and leave your eyes feeling dry as hell and it always feels uncomfortable. The customer service phone lines and chats are all useless cause they don't know anything either. If they say they'll direct you to a higher management or that someone will call you to resolve a problem, it's a lie because there is no number to call nor is there anyone that's going to call you. I hope they do better in the future but I'm very disappointed with this company.
Hubble is inexpensive and very convenient for people who are busy and do not have time to pick up their contacts. Your contacts are mailed to YOU! I'd recommend Hubble to everyone!

Hubble is advertising free box of contact lenses for $3 shipping & Handling. "Yay!" I thought, "I'll check this out"
I received my free box of contacts. I am most disappointed. On the page to put in my eye & contact information, it requested only a minimal amount of limited information from my prescription. I thought they would contact my doctor for the specifics. However, it seems they did not. The contacts I received were identical. My eyes are not. I also have an astigmatism in one eye. That was never asked of my information, only to find out they do not make contacts for astigmatism.
The prices for the contacts are not made easy to find, either. It took some serious searching to discover it ($33 + $3 S/H) on their website. The contacts I received were not usable in either eye to correct my vision.
I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
Also, I did not appreciate that I had to CALL them to cancel my subscription - I could not do it on their website. I could do everything else, but not cancel. Then, when I called, the answering robot informed me that I could obtain lots of information and do lots of things to my account online. That was just salt in my wound, as I had wanted to cancel my subscription online.
They definitely need to step up your customer service game if they have any intention in surviving as a company.

I totally recommend Hubble I have been getting my sons contacts through Hubble for the past 2 years an it's so convenient comes straight to our mail box an very reasonably priced.
I requested cancellation of my membership April 2020, and they stated would not charge my account any longer or send me shipment. Well they did charge my account again and now they are telling me to call to request cancellation. I did request cancellation in April 2020. They refuse to credit my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM HUBBLE CONTACTS.
Hubble's contacts are delivered to my house every month, making my life a million times easier. The quality of the contacts is phenomenal and I'm saving money each month.
I love Hubble. I don't have to remember to reorder monthly they automatically ship. The price is much more affordable than at the eye doctor, and they feel great!

As a college student, the idea of this subscription seemed fantastic. I had these contacts being shipped for about 3 months until I accepted that they are horrible for your eyes. These contacts not only dried my eyes unlike any other but they would fall out sometimes because of how dry! I've never had that happen before. This would also make my headaches worsen throughout the day of wearing them. In addition, I tried to email them OVER a month ago and cancel my subscription and even exchanged several emails with all my information. The subscription wasn't canceled and I was charged yet again. Today I called questioning why and was told they only will accept cancellations over the phone and wasn't offered a refund or even help after I expressed how unhappy I was. To make matters even better, I told them I don't even want them shipped to my house because I will not wear them, yet they won't have them canceled and taken back. Moral of the story, I regret even starting a subscription with Hubble contacts.
Tried to cancel after lasik. Called and was never able to get through. I'm likely going to have to cancel my credit card to get out of their contract like sales techniques. Buyer beware.
Great customer service and great value, but not your top of the line contact. Great for dailies, which is what I use them for but my eyes are usually dry at the end of the day.
HIGHLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I canceled my subscription weeks ago and today I am charged twice and I am being told they wont refund it. And I am told they have 2 separate subscriptions for me since I have one back in 2019 (which was canceled on early 2020 and I was my charged and did not receive any contacts for over 6 months) but now the customer service rep tells me I'm being charged for BOTH subscriptions at once they the 2019 subscription was never canceled. Complete BULLS#*T

They always arrive on time when it was delivered. I like that I didn't have to drive to the eye doctor. To purchase my contacts. I can get it mailed to me at my home
So some days they are perfect and other days they irritate my eyes badly. So it's very up in the air. I do like the company and the convenience of it.
I ordered these contacts and I wear them, but I cannot see out of them. So I said something to the contact people. And I have not gotten any type of response

This company continues to try to charge my account even after I cancelled my subscription! I have emailed them multiple times with no response! Contacts are ok but acuvue is what I switched back to. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH HUBBLE, THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOU IF YOU CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION! RUN RUN FAR FAR AWAY

Easy, convienient & affordable! Fresh daily contacts delivered straight to my mailbox each month. Never had a problem with delivery and the lenses are comfortable.
I received contacts from Hubble back in February 2017. Got the first box for free (minus $3 for shipping) and paid $33 for my next box. Being a college student, I decided this was an expense I didn't need so I called to cancel my subscription. Flash forward to December 2017 before holiday, they charge me $33 for another box of contacts in which I did NOT order. They were shipped to my old apartment in Idaho (I've been in California since April 2017). I wasn't notified of these contacts till Jan 17th, 2018 when I got an email saying they weren't able to charge my credit card... that's because they occurred overdraft fees on it back in December when they sent me that box I never ordered. I've spent the past 2 days on the phone with my bank and Hubble's costumer service line. I believe it was fraud activity for them to have charged me for a product that I not only never ordered, but never received as well. Their customer service was horrible and they won't refund me my $33 unless I return their contacts to them... How am I supposed to return something I never ordered or received which is over 1000 miles away?
I don't recommend ordering from this company, their customer service is bad, their English comprehension is low, and they aren't helpful. You'll cancel your account over the phone (yes, you have to call to cancel, can't do it online) and they'll send you contacts months later without notifying you, then won't refund you.
