This service has been awesome, sends contacts monthly for such a good deal. You are also able to delay a month if you don't use the daily contacts everyday.
I've been going through Hubble for years and had no complaints up to this point.
As of late though, they have sent me the wrong prescription and have not sent my monthly order twice in a row while still charging me. I've had to call and go online to get it sorted out, with zero resolve. I've asked to speak with someone that will actually do their job and get me my contacts and they just avoid letting me speak with someone with some actual weight that would try to make it right. I've been without contacts for at least a month while keep getting told that they are being shipped. I have had to miss work because I can not see properly to do my job accurately, as other problems that come with not being able to see properly. I'm now being told through email that my order will be shipped within 3-5 days when the representative told me they could ship it within 2 days. So… still no resolve. I leave for vacation tomorrow with two of my days being work related and am being told they will ship them there. Fingers crossed someone does their dang job and I receive what I have paid for multiple times, in time to actually see while out of town. SMH
Highly disappointed, extremely frustrated, and now looking up local optometrists to visit once I get back home to avoid any further bullcrap with this company.
At this point I feel like the company should take what ever measures to insure I have what I need after waiting for two shipment to arrive that we're never shipped to begin with, not just tell the customer that they can only try to get them within 3-5 days. Seriously, where is their work ethic as a company/management.
These contacts are comfortable and easy. No stress when i get low because before i run out i have two more boxes in the mail. They are simple and I'd highly recommend them.

Great product like the monthly subscription I feel like overall they could be more comfortable my eyes feel tired after a long day
I started using hubble contacts about a year ago. They are great for the price and i love that they are daily disposables rather than weekly or yearly
Cant live without them. Start my day by opening a fresh pair and I'm good for the rest of the day. Even if I take a little nap with them they still won't irritate my eyes.

I love how easy and convenient Hubble contacts are. You can easily change the delivery dates to accommodate when you need your contacts. They fit great and are very affordable. Would recommend!
It's the most wearable throwaway daily contact. You don't notice it is there unless there is a hair or something in it. Just keep your hands clean and your good to go!

Hubble is advertising free box of contact lenses for $3 shipping & Handling. "Yay!" I thought, "I'll check this out"
I received my free box of contacts. I am most disappointed. On the page to put in my eye & contact information, it requested only a minimal amount of limited information from my prescription. I thought they would contact my doctor for the specifics. However, it seems they did not. The contacts I received were identical. My eyes are not. I also have an astigmatism in one eye. That was never asked of my information, only to find out they do not make contacts for astigmatism.
The prices for the contacts are not made easy to find, either. It took some serious searching to discover it ($33 + $3 S/H) on their website. The contacts I received were not usable in either eye to correct my vision.
I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
Also, I did not appreciate that I had to CALL them to cancel my subscription - I could not do it on their website. I could do everything else, but not cancel. Then, when I called, the answering robot informed me that I could obtain lots of information and do lots of things to my account online. That was just salt in my wound, as I had wanted to cancel my subscription online.
They definitely need to step up your customer service game if they have any intention in surviving as a company.

I am so glad I found hubble as it works with my busy schedule. I am a pretty active body and I get to just focus on planning my workouts rather than making sure I have a supply of contacts to see ;)

I totally recommend Hubble I have been getting my sons contacts through Hubble for the past 2 years an it's so convenient comes straight to our mail box an very reasonably priced.
I requested cancellation of my membership April 2020, and they stated would not charge my account any longer or send me shipment. Well they did charge my account again and now they are telling me to call to request cancellation. I did request cancellation in April 2020. They refuse to credit my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM HUBBLE CONTACTS.
I love Hubble. I don't have to remember to reorder monthly they automatically ship. The price is much more affordable than at the eye doctor, and they feel great!
