A month ago the bay canceled my order said product not available as of today the bay has not refunded my money what SHAME big company like the bay holding on to $28 really! I called 5 times with these outsourcing people who don't give a rats $#*! don't even deserve 1 star
I ordered an exspensive men's cologne and when it arrived there was no bubble wrap in the packaging box or anything else to prevent the cologne from moving, so the exspensive cologne was moving around inside the box. I couldn't believe it. Walmart uses good packaging and so does Amazon but not The Bay where the prices are considerably more expensive.
The Bay never disappoints, always efficient and excellent customer service. Buying online is easy and returns and exchanges are mangeable.
