“Totally Disreputable Company”

I was told several times that my refund was coming in timely fashion. It hasn't as of today. It's been almost 2 months now since I returned the hearing aids. Why aren't State Regulators shutting them down for making false claims about refunds being in the mail, etc. etc.?
