I pay $65 a month for Hulu live without commercials. But they still put commercials in so much stuff and will not allow you to fast forward. I just tried to fast forward though a timeout in a game and it kicked me back 15 $#*!ing minutes without allowing me to find my spot again. They double dip with ads and you paying extra. They allow just enough ad free to try to justify it. The only reason I don't go to dish is the contact but when I get to a house I plan on staying in you can bet your $#*! I'm ditching Hulu.

Hulu is so dirty. Shows that I used to be able to watch are now under the "live tv" category. They put most of the good stuff that you want to see there. One day a show that I was watching disappeared from my keep watching and when I searched it was now under live tv. Turns out that HULU is now like all the other money grubbing services (cable) trying to kill your pockets. Might as well go back to cable!

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

This has to B the most annoying service for TV? Constantly throwing me back to commercials all the time. I try to fast forward and back again we go to more commercials? The same exact commercials I just ignored for 3 or 4 minutes I now have to sit through again. Makes no sense and very very annoying. Then there is the fact it saves all kinds of shows you never asked for. If you save a movie or show it eventually gets pushed off the list by hulu savings dozens of shows you don't watch. You watch a show one time and it saves every rerun of that show even after you tell it "New Release" ONLY! I'm done with their nonsense!

Not worth the effort

I haven had hulu for about 1 month. Enjoyed some shows. But in the last week I can't watch certain shows that I was able to watch. When I contacted them they said its like an "old cell phone when you can download certain apps". Well why could I watch the show yesterday on my tv and not today. They are not helpful at all.

Hulu.com is the best entertainment source for people like me who are fond of television shows. The website comprises of an excellent range of shows, clips, movies, and more. When I visited this website initially, I believed that I may have to download additional software or at least a plugin to watch the videos. I was so happy to know that this website allows us to watch our favorite videos in the web browser. Browse, select, and watch! It is simple. I kill my leisure time by spending it here.

Sucks!

I don't mind the commercials but every two minutes of watching a show it constantly freezes and is "loading." I know for a fact it isn't my devices because Netflix and every other thing we use for streaming shows and movies works perfectly fine! Fix your junk if you are going to charge people outrageous prices! This is freaking ridiculous! It is junk! End of story! Don't bother wasting your time unless you like the shows/movies you watch to constantly freeze every two minutes and you have to go back and reload it! Horrible service and will be discontinuing! Not worth my time at all! Hulu sucks!

Terrible service

We've been trying Hulu for a little while now, and I think it's ridiculous that we pay for commercials. On top of that, the playback is awful. I know it's not our internet service because everything else works just fine. Hulu needs to get it together because their competition is crushing them. I will no longer be a part of this service.

I've tried calling Hulu 6 days, waiting once 2 hrs-no answer each time I called until today. Finally got a whinny hateful young man that hung up on me. Called back, got a nicer csr,. New Hulu sucks!

The new hulu upgrade is terrible. I've gotten so fed up that I just went to watch something else on HBO now. I like the show on Hulu and the old home was great... but now I can't find anything and can't find my shows or see episodes. Why did they do this! It is truly bad design... total form over function.

Hulu is OK, and I'm saying this because my account is free, and sometimes I get to see really excellent things. I got a chance to see the first episode of WayWard Pines before it aired. Yes my account was free at that time. The Hulu site is so much easier to navigate than Netflix. On Hulu if you are having trouble locating movies, type in for example Lionsgate and up will pop all the movies associated with it. These are the movies you will not find on the surface of Hulu but still available through it.

Hulu needs to take a look at Direct TV's ability to rewind and fast forward live tv and emulate it!
Also, when I click on dislike, why would that show ever pop up for consideration again?
I try to dislike al the liberal news and tv shows. Hulu should take those specific dislikes and remove them from my selections.

They don't care

Having trouble with there service so i went to the website for answers. They say contact us but don't give you a phone number there feed blames my internet connection but my 63 other feeds work fine. I'm dropping my subscription. If a company is having problems it is one thing but not being honest about it is not acceptable. The service has never been great and with the price increase it looks like i'm going back to Sling

I am locked out with no way back in. Hulu can locate my account, but says my email address is invalid. I cannot request a reset link. Yet, Hulu siphons their fee every month. I will share my story everywhere that I can.

New update and layout SUCKS

It use to be easy to navigate and had a great view of pictures of shows to see and decide what you may want to watch just looking at it. Now 1 show takes the whole screen and slow and clunky to navigate. It's not intuitive at all. It's a total FAIL for an upgrade and feels like complete downgrade. They need to go back to the old interface that everyone was fine with. Don't fix something if it's not broken!

The amount of commercials for payed members is ridiculous. Additionally they recommend things irrelevant to my preference. If you thumbs down something the still show you ads for that show. Very annoying. Lastly not trying to be political, but your ads and recommendations suggest you guys support Democratic views. I mean all the power to your opinion, but TV showed be suggestive like this.

We pay for a product that hardly ever works. If it isn't a popular title half the time it skips like an old CD. Go to their website and guess what... No contact info, you must log on in order to see their phone number? That's the exact definition on a scam.

Going to remove service and then contact a lawyer because they can't hide contact info from the public. What a joke of a company.

They make their commercials loud enough to wake the dead. Clearly a tone deaf jerk marketing move. These people deserve to be throw off a cliff for how much they increase the volume on commercials. Basically they are grade D con people. Making me mute a commercial and hate a product is not good marketing you turds. Go catch on fire.

Terrible Customer Service

You can't manage your account from an iPhone or a tablet. It takes forever to get a customer service rep on the line and then they can barely comprehend English. I requested the cancellation of my service at the end of the period that I have already paid for. They cut it off immediately. Crappy service all around!

Free site to watch some of your favorite shows!

How can you beat that? Hulu is great and usually only has a couple of ads per episode. Its a very neat and organized site and also has quite a few movies, but most are B movies, or other never heard before types of movies.

Overall, if you have free time and want to watch clear episodes or movies, definitely check out Hulu.com

My main issue is with the DVR. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes shows set up to record in my stuff, sometimes they don't. Try to contact someone to help and plan on spending some valuable time wasting time. Why submit a product that sucks! The positives are that the picture quality is good and the programming choices are great for us but the crap just doesn't work!
