I wrote a negative review a while ago but they have made huge strides. And they've been renamed (merger? Acquisition?) as "Centerwell" which has so far been flawless. I'm going to give them five stars this time because of the excellent communications they are now doing.
On line I requested a rx transfer to centerwell. They sent an email stating a call. No call. Took me 4 calls, several people and at least an hour to finally get a response and person from pharmacy to rectify.

Prescription is sent in and if medication is not in stock they cancel order without informing the client or the doctor prescribing.
Constantly solicited for mail order and Centerwell has not idea what the website status is. Spoke to representative after representative, asked for supervisor, supervisor connected me to Pharmacy representative and all they could do was recommend I speak with supervisor.
Stop confirming an order then canceling! Stop requesting method of payment if after 2 1/2 weeks the order is still out of stock! Be honest! Let me have a local pharmacy fill this months over due prescription. Twice my prescription was in stock at pharmacy out of 6 months. Stop canceling my doctors new order sent to pharmacy after canceling order with Centerwell!
I have been getting my Parkinsons medication from centerwell pharmacy I am very pleased with most of my changes trying to find what works for me. My prescription was doubled to try and control my symptoms. I am having alot of nausea so my Dr sent a medication to help me get through the change. It was sent to them on the 27th of March. I was notified on the 30th that they were waiting for my Dr to get back to them and I call my Dr office. That script was canceled and 2 new ones showed up on was filing on the 1st and the other on 2nd. Now the one on the 2nd was canceled. So I am anxiously waiting for the one from the 1st. They should look at my script and see why I need it and not take a day for each step. Use a phone once in awhile. Start treating your patients as people not a computer that tells you what you need to do. Start caring.
I have been a customer and member of Humana Goldplus for 10 years and using Humana Pharmacy, now called as Center for Well. I am happy with their service, but find the medicine bottles have labels written in smaller letters and almost illegible and unreadable because of written in yellow background😩😩😩😳. Not ire who advised them to use unreadable yellow background instead of plain black and white like Walgreen does? Also the silky paper they use fades away the unreadable texts or written medicine name as well? This needs to be corrected as I take 7 medicines!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure the labels are in black & white in bigger bolder letters and not in yellowish unreadable fadingtyped letters?😳😩😩😩😩

Centerwell failed to let me know would not be auto renewed. When I requested a prescription renewal, I emphasized I would run out of the medication shortly. A week later, without being notified, I found out the refill was on hold. I remain without a medication my health team relies on daily for my continued survival. Centerwell does not even pretend to care about customer care in an industry where care and concern for the patients relying upon them should be paramount. I went to Walmart, and I know they will care, and come through.

I'm not alone. This company is a one star outfit across the board...

I was sent a bill dated September of 2022 for prescriptions I received and paid for in 2020. The letter that came with the bill stated the amount owed was a result of reprocessing the claims due to information that was not available to them at the time of the original prescription. I called and spoke to a representative. She checked my account and said I owed nothing. I am concerned that seniors like myself will pay for this reassessment without question rather than take the time to file a grievance. Please find another company to fill your prescriptions. I believe their business practices are shady and unfair.

Trying to log into the website is near impossible. Once logged in you're kicked out only to start over. Making changes takes multiple tries then doesn't become effective. I simply give up. I currently have a supply of medications into 2025! Thanks!
Tip for consumers:
Even with auto refill prescriptions, they bother to contact you with phone calls with "telemarketer" ID that you have to return to get meds sent.

Humana online pharmacy was good first year or so, but then cut over the counter quarterly budget from $45 to $15, prescriptions are taking forever to fill and ship, will def change medicare next year.
Terrible service with mail order. Been waiting 2 weeks for required daily medicine and stays won't arrive for another 4 days. Probs Lu longer now with snow storm. It is a liquid so will probably freeze and be no good!,
Don't waste your time doing business with them, I was told I would owe 0 dollars for my prescriptions, just got a bill for 100$ so I call, no supervisor available the woman says I'm sorry this happened now how do you want to pay this! Obviously some departments within Humana have compentant people and then there's the pharmacy... they blatantly lied to me. I quickly switched everything back to my local pharmacy... please don't make the same mistake I made by listening to their lies.
Humana often (though not always) is able to fill tablet medications without delay, but they almost never send my 90-day insulin supply without some kind of hang up. I call several times and each time get different explanation for why the medicine hasn't shipped and a new date to expect shipping. The date passes with no shipment and the whole process starts over again. Nearly ran out of insulin completely last time, before I contacted the Board. They triggered some kind of crisis management response; nonetheless it took a few days to get pharmacy action.
The only thing they have going for them is a responsive chat service. I hope they pay them exceedingly well. We have had an issue a every turn. I chose mail order to make things easier, it has encumbered the physician's time as well has mine. The site often had incorrect information or was unable to finish tasks, requiring contacting chat. Medicare should remove them from their offerings. As refills are needed I will have them sent to our local approved pharmacy. I feel bad for someone who is not able to follow them to finally get scripts. Do not recommend, would post the accumulated chats but the contain personal info.

Humana Mail Order Pharmacy is the worst service i have ever encountered since I have been retired. It changed its name to CenterWell, but they still are the same crappy service. They want to charge me 150.00 for a 95.99 refill prescription. I am in the coverage gap and the photo shows that i should only pay 95.00 when using their preferred mail order. I have only paid 95.00 for each of my insulin prescriptions all year long. Even though the plan documentation agrees with my reasoning. Each employee tells you something different each time you talk with them on the phone. Do Not Use this service. "They are Thieves!"
Tip for consumers:
Run! Do Not Choose Humana for Medicare!

This is by far the worst mail-order pharmacy I have ever worked with... when you call in I have had agents hang up the phone with on me when I get frustrated because it's been 2 weeks before I get a script that my doc had faxed in. I will definitely be switching to CVS even tho more money, absolutely worth it. Lousy service and idiot agents answering the calls. I would give them a big fat 0 if I could!
The prices they quote thru the Drug Pricing Tool on Humana.com when you log into your account are not the prices they or their referred pharmacies charge.
I was going to be billed $ 392.55 for a medication they quoted as $266.38 from them and $135 from Walmart. I attached the estimate but unfortunately canceled the order before I made a copy.
Although I try to use the app, I always end up having to call because they mess up my orders. Meds are deleted, orders cancelled, duplicate orders made- you name it. Then when you call, 9 out of 10 of their customer service people have such strong accents, I can't understand them. Plus, they just stick to a script and really can't help you. If you have a choice in Rx plans, don't choose Humana mail order.
I am covered by a Humana medicare plan and have complained to them for years about the very cheap ink used in filling their prescriptions. They act like it is only my problem that you can no longer read the labels before it is time to renew your 90 day refills. I am quitting Humana mail pharmacy for that reason. I have old prescriptions that date back 10 years where the label is perfectly legible.

I just got on Medicare, and selected a Humana Pharmacy mail order fill for my 6 prescriptions. My prior Mail order pharmacy was GREAT, but not available on Medicare. Humana is awful. Their website is not updated for days to view orders or see payments, they outright cancelled 2 orders, and I am currently out of 2 meds. They decided to require payment in advance this last order, which I have never had to do. How hard is it to refill meds? Go somewhere else. I will be as soon as I can.
Just trying to verify if a prescription for my husband has been shipped and no one will tell me! I set up all online accounts and manage for him. I have taken every call from Humana about all his prescriptions and still cannot get just a verification of shipment!
Humana was acceptable in the past but lately they are intolerable. They pay less and charge more. Higher deductible and now they even to refuse to pay their portion of drugs they have paid for in the past. They won't even accept my doctor sending them information on why I can't take another drug on their preferred list. They even tried to get my doctor to prescribe a drug not FDA approved for my condition. They reject appeals for no reason. This behavior smacks of profit oriented vs. customer care. When open enrollment comes around, they are history. Avoid these guys!
Tip for consumers:
Avoid them.
I ordered some vitamins. Calcium gomez They were Shipped via fedex and it has been so hot That they melted in the truck.
Customer service will only replace them but no refund. So if they ship again, same thing will happen.
But If I say don't ship don't Don't send
I will lose out on the purchase price.
Customer service, will not give me a different way out.

Pharmacy for automatic refilling of all my prescriptions by mail.
Two weeks ago I had sn ugly experience with CenterWell and dropped a bomb on them as a rating. Frankly, i was afraid to call back. I just did not want the headache. Well, today I called back and got a terrific agent named Jackie. She apologized for the problem and connected me with another good agent, and finally a pharmacist named Peter. He explained the strange changes in my prescription and worked out the details. I think the best way to work either CenterWell is if you get an agent who is not responsive to your needs, ask for another agent. For now. I upgraded my review. We will c if helpfulness becomes a standard
Tip for consumers:
Be patient. If the agent inst helpful ask for another or call back. Ask for a supervisor if necessary.
