I wrote a negative review a while ago but they have made huge strides. And they've been renamed (merger? Acquisition?) as "Centerwell" which has so far been flawless. I'm going to give them five stars this time because of the excellent communications they are now doing.

On line I requested a rx transfer to centerwell. They sent an email stating a call. No call. Took me 4 calls,several people and at least an hour to finally get a response and person from pharmacy to rectify.

Humana Mail Order Pharmacy has made simple prescription fills and refills a total chaotic disaster. I wouldn't believe it could be that bad if it wasn't actually happening to me. They arbitrarily cancel prescriptions. When I call and finally get a customer service rep, they say, "Your Dr. wanted that cancelled.", which is both bizarre and untrue. They make duplicate prescriptions and then can't fill either one due to the duplicate. I could go on and on, but the main point is to steer clear of using them if you can.

I love Humana health care Insurance. I hate their pharmacy. I have had countless problems with representatives on phone. They tell you one thing, then it doesn't happen. I call back again to find out why it didn't happen and the 2nd rep tells me something completely different. Their automatic system sends my emails that aren't true or accurate. I am about ready to switch to local pharmacy. Come on Humana insurance, your pharmacy is making you look bad.

We started using this mail order pharmacy to save on my brother's numerous prescriptions. It's been a nightmare. Not only getting the prescriptions, but getting the correct dosages. Once we recieved a medication he doesn't even take.
Dr. Sends in prescription and you have to follow up on it and dr has to resend it because they cant find it. This has happened many times. Customer service is awful. When you finally get a person you get put on hold then disconnected.
I'm really disappointed. This service is such money saver but it's like pulling teeth just to get your meds. Humans, please fix this service!

Humana Pharmacy makes it easy HaHaHa! What a joke. Massive duplication of orders cancellations, communication. Spend hours trying to straighten things out and they'll say we go this. HaHa! Jokes on you, if you believe them. But you are a prisoner cause you signed on. I wish you all good luck wading through the murky waters of Humana Pharmacy. Really feel sorry for those who work for Humana Pharmacy who have to deal with this dysfunctional mess.

My package has been around the world. From Texas to Arkansas to Illinois back to Texas and back to Illinois in a weeks time. They refuse to call Fedex and find out what the problem is and no supervisor is available. They never call back.

Doctor says 30 mg 1 time daily. Orders 45 pills. Take one 20 mg and split the second one to make 30. Humana says no. You have to have prior authorization because they will only allow 30 pills to be distributed per month without prior authorization. That includes a bunch of red tape and delays! They say you can have 60mg and cut that in half to make 30 but not the other way! But guess what... the highest dose made in that medicine is 20 mg.

Humana pharmacy doesn't deliver prescriptions on time and I've had to beg and pay extra to receive. The Humana pharmacy is a nightmare. They blame your Dr office for not filling prescriptions although they have prescriptions on file. Forget the auto~fill it's a joke.

I have called my mom's medication in three weeks ago said I wouldn't have to call back it would automatically be filled! I have call five more times... She has two pills left. Spent the afternoon calling Dr trying to get them to call in an emergency order... Thank God I got ahold of her Dr and she called in her medicine. Humana old people are important and you should do your job. Humana y'all suck!

Without going into detail (I'm trying to forget), I agree with all of the one star reviewers. My doctor and I became impatient with this incompetent service. I have had most all of the one star raters' experiences. They are too incompetent to continue to exist.

Have had HumanaRx for several years and each year it gets worse. Stopped buying insulin through them as always a "glitch" in ordering. Now having issues with almost all Rx's. They've sat on orders, cancelled orders, lost orders in the mail and possess what is probably the worst CS in the country. My physician has to submit multiple Rx's only to have Humana cancel order because physician wouldn't authorize? Long wait times via phone, off shore based CS reps, hang ups, transfers in short a complete hassle to do business with. A total fiasco to do business with.

I was sent a "substitute" product for an "in-stock" item that I placed an order for. I requested that Humana Pharmacy send me the "in-stock" product that I placed my order for. Or, alternatively, give me the allowance back for subject "in-stock" product, so that I could choose a different product. Humana Pharmacy declined both my requests, and I was told that they were allowed to "substitute". Unbelievable! Please be aware that Humana Pharmacy, at their "discretion", can send you a "substitute" product even if the item you think you are ordering is "in-stock"! Unbelievable! To net it out, you are "stuck" with what they send you, even if it is not the brand you ordered, like it or not. I did register a complaint which I am confident will fall on deaf ears. If I could give Humana Pharmacy a 0 rating I would!

Tip for consumers:
People need to be aware that even if you order an item that is "in-stock" on Humana Pharmacy, they can send you a "substitute" product at their discretion. In my opinion, Humana Pharmacy, should not be allowed to send a substitute if the product you ordered is in-stock!!!!!!!

On Feb. 4th my Urologist prescribed a medication for me. I waited a couple of days and called the pharmacy to see why it hadnt been filled. Pharmacy said insurance wont pay you need the Dr. to get a prior authorization. Wait a few more days. Send a message thu patient portal. Check back. See where messages in patient portal are not monitored. Call Humana Pharmacy. They will send the Doctor prior authorization forms. It may take 10days. Called the Dr. office. We need a list off drugs they will pay for. ME; FORGET IT. I WILL LIVE WITH THE PROBLEM.

The worst people on earth. They lie and they do not offer any help. My clinic faxed them my prescription and Humana said they didn't receive it. Multiple times. Customer service is rude and they don't offer any help.

They don't work with you the deliberate work against you, they are impossible to work with. I have had to drop numerous drugs because the don't want to cover it. We tried the cheaper ones and they do not work I might as well take a sugar pill

I have nothing but a problems with Humana and getting sick of it they never seem to get anything right, doctor calls in a script 2 times and they say they don have it, getting very tiresome and for crying out loud when I call in please get people who can speak English you can understand, looking for new service

I have atopic dermatitis on my fingers. I was prescribed a medication to help keep the disease under control. When I went to pick it up at the pharmacy I was told that this medicine is not covered on my plan, and that I had to try a different medication. It was totally based on the price of the medicine, which is second guessing my physician's decision.
You can rebut their decision, but I doubt they will agree to the prescribed medicine.
This the second medicine they have done this to. The other prescription costs $450 per refil.
It is an outrage! Save yourself the activation and find a different pharmacy plan!

Humana pharmacy uses highly inflated drug prices to put customers in to their insurance coverage gap (donut hole). When I tried to refill my prescription for two inhalers while in coverage gap Humana quoted a price of $523 and if you walk in to any pharmacy in the Midwest without insurance it would cost you no more than $120, Humana is blatantly ripping off customers that have have Humana drug insurance.

Look for a different company,Humana pharmacy is run by crooks

This is the most difficult and useless specialty pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. Timeliness is of utmost importance to those of us on biologic medications.
My doctor had to submit my Rx THREE TIMES (to the same place). And then they had the audacity to argue that they had no Rx when their website stated they did. Then for no reason, the order was canceled and I'm having g to fight with them again. And not one customer service operator has record that I've talked to anyone else. Convenient.

Delay and more delay! Use work at home agents instead of qualifed people. Computer systems don't maintain information supplied. Failed to call me the customer to ask questions. Calls the doctor like they are somehow be more.kmowledgeable than me the patient who has been ordering my meds for years. I get hung up on and no callbacks.ever. They lie?!? Never would every use these people again!?

I called to get a rush shipment of my CellCept which had an active prescription for years with Centerwell Pharmacy. The rep told me it would take 10-14 days to get and I told him i only had a 4 day supply left and he said I was out of luck. I would need to get from local pharmacy...what? So I escalated the call and got a sharp pharmacy tech on the phone who said of course I could expedite for an extra fee of like $6 and I said it was absolutely fine since I waited too long to reorder. I got this medication the next DAY! This took almost an hour to get accomplished on a simple reorder and I had the stress of potentially running out of my medication. Who is answering the calls they are not trained.

They have NO brand name products. I could not even get low dose chewable aspirin. Which I have to take for my pacemaker. I had a different program before and they used Walmart and you could get anything. With a name like Humana you would think they could afford a better site.

I need TYLENOL for breast cancer mastectomy. Order 11/9/21 and 11/18/21 and Nothing has come.
Called and checked: has to ask a different person to investigate. Promised to come 11/21/21. Nothing happened. Humana does not care at all!

Dont bother with the hunana pharmacy app. If using app. Use the My Humana app.
My experience with them is they just document what they want to know nothing to help you to address any issues you may have. I have had issues with the Humana Pharmacy app since I got it several years ago. Today 5-11-20 I still are having trouble and the (IT) department cant figure it out and none else at humana that I have talk to but remember they dont keep records of when you call requesting help just what they did...?

I have order my sugar pharmacy medication for last 2 months, but still did not get it, I made a compalaint to their Supervisor but still the problem is not resolved, so I decided to terminate Human for bad service, if talk to their Rep or Supervisor they not do any help. It is wasting my money, They are piece of crap.

I called to inquire why a prescription had been cancelled.
The first person listened and said they'd transfer me to someone else.
The second person listened and said they'd put me on hold and check the notes on my file.
The third person answered and I said someone was helping me. They said I was transferred to them.
She put me on hold, like the second person, and my call was answered by a fourth person. I repeated that my call was being handled by someone else... Like the second and third.
Their reply was I showed up on their phone?
I said thanx, I'll use my local pharmacy and hung up.
Four customer service reps to answer a simple question? No, I'm through with Humana.
