I ordered this Huusk Knife. Then I changed my mind. 1 hour later, having found the correct email to cancel, which they say you can cancel within 24 hrs. Customer Service rate a 0000! They declined! Also, they added My Address Wrong, so if they needed to correct my address, they could retrieve the parcel and cancel my order. They didn't even message me back. It was their error! Which they would not even correct.
The knives and leather cases were delivered very promptly. They were purchased as gifts for members of my family. While the quality of the knives was satisfactory, I had some reservations about the leather cases. Ultimately, I am pleased to have acquired them. The leather cases are of exceptional quality and complement the gifted knives perfectly. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my purchases.
My husband ordered these knives almost 2 months ago. We haven't received the knives to I can't even talk about product quality.
We've made complaints and inquiry. We get NO response to our communication. We're now trying to get money back through credit card.

It is completely unfair practice. I was told I cannot cancel it, even though I called the support line and emailed (by replying to the order confirmation email) within 30 minutes after placing the order.
Now I have to go through multi-step return process and pay shipping, which is not likely worth it since I am in Canada.
Another thing I did not like: During the order via their website, there was no clear indication the order is confirmed. Instead of asking if I want to confirm the order they started offering additional items. And while I thought I still need to confirm the order later on during the checkout I received a call from someone saying my order was placed. When I asked if I can cancel it I was given non-deliverable email address and non-existing order number! It looks like a scam company, to say the least.

Avoid this company. I ordered a knife on the 11th Dec & since then I've been bombarded with 35 emails trying to get me to buy more stuff, almost on a daily basis. The record was 3 in one day, yesterday. You don't appear to get to know delivery times, after you've committed they tell you it can be up to 30 days ( from memory). The tracking info that's available is useless. These knives have never seen Japan, check it out. And my knife still hasn't arrived

The fact they even try to market 18-10 stainless steel punched out to 1/4" thickness and machine ground to an uneven edge is an offence to any descendants of samurai or blade-smiths which they attribute the quality of their knives to.
Just go to your local dollar store and buy a Betty Crocker knife - better quality, cheaper, and when it's handle breaks you can just jam it into a clunky piece of oak like Huusk.
Your company is a sham and a disgrace and you should be full heartily ashamed. I don't want your reply unless you're going to honour your 30-day satisfaction money back guarantee, which is also a lie as it's just a fancy way for you to say "Refund policy"

I would not buy this knife if I could go back. The company's site is misleading as when you check out it offers a promotion (which looks like you are getting an extra knife for the same $)...but then double charges you without you approving the purchase.
When you call to cancel right away, they say "sorry, product already shipped and can't be cancelled"...what...you can't cancel right away.
When I check the tracking, it shows it's days and days before it goes out...so...they just want your money and don't respond back to you at all.

After using this for months, Huusk still got a good sharp edge. I like its weight feel when cutting. The hole on the blade gives out that perfect hold of the knife. Overall, I can say that it has an excellent quality. It's worth my purchase. Thanks!

I've ordered 1 knife and when the payment went through the order came back on the screen showing that I had ordered 4 knives & 4 knife cover USD 155.53. It directly charged to your cc and there is no way for you to check on the summary before confirming the order. I immediately contacted their online chat to make an amendment & was told that the order had already been packed and shipped so they were unable to cancel it. What a rubbish excuse! Packed and shipped within seconds? I sent an email to them asking questions and asked them recheck and after 10 days there are no reply from them at all. Google search Huusk many times and it seems like many of the good reviews are fake review and it is a SCAM WEBSITE! Please beware of it and DO NOT buy from them.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 1 knife and when payment went through the order came back on the screen showing that I had ordered 6 knives & 1 block over £160 for what I thought was 1 knife. There was nowhere on their website for me to amend my order. I immediately contacted their on line chat & was told that the order had already been delivered so they were unable to cancel the items I hadn't ordered. Absolute rubbish! I am not a chef nor a knife expert but this knife just works for me. Stays very sharp and has a great balance so it feels good in the hand. It came in perfect because of its leather sheath, so my knife is very safe.

We ordered this knife for our son. They messed up the order and did not send it, so our son believed that we forgot to send him a Christmas present. Going back to the company with the order mess, we found out that theses knives come from a China not Japan. Tricked once …will never get tricked again.

I ordered a Huusk knife and paid full price. I gave the knife away as a gift. I then received a phone call offering me another knife at half price and they would also include a leather sheath at no extra cost. I accepted the offer. In a few weeks I received the sheath, no knife and my credit card was charged $24.00 CDN. I have since incurred $16.00 LD telephone charges trying to track down the missing knife. I have received Zero satisfaction from my numerous email questions. Without a doubt this is a very poorly run company that does not even attempt to deal with a question from a paying customer.

My knife still got a good sharp edge on it. The weight is about 240 grams, perfect for me. Use it everyday and preparing food has gotten more exciting because of the ease of use of this ergonomic knife.

This is my first Viking knife. Huusk came surprisingly good. With a good size and nice grip, this knife is very versatile. It's quite sharp, but also thick enough that you can be rough with it. The only thing that could've been better is probably the delivery period, best if it was faster. But still 5 stars.

My transaction with Huusk from start to finish was smooth. I got the knife which was nicely placed in a beautiful black box. The knife itself is made of fine stainless steel and a wooden handle. Fantastic! So happy with it. I totally recommend.

Ordered the knife and got it within a week. Love the knife. Ordered a sheath and when the payment went through I noticed that the order was for 4 sheaths. It was after hours so I called and spoke with them the next morning. They said that it had already shipped. After receiving all 4 I wanted to return 3. They said that I would have to pay shipping. Ok but the return label they gave me was to Lithuania even though the return address on the received package is a New York address. Cost for a 1 pound priority mail package was $40. I'll never buy from them again.

Returns are problematic. You have to pay shipping to an overseas address, in this case Lithuania. This will seriously cut into your refund. They offer 15% refund to keep the item but nothing was said about what the shipping cost or location is.

Ordered (1) Knife payed with credit card. Got and email invoice for (4) Four Knives { $121.00} I Contacted them within 5 minutes of placing my order and GEE! Guess what they said it was too late. Bull S*&%T! Now they won't even answer any of my emails about returning the items. I "WILL NOT" order from them again. AND! According to my Credit Card Co. It is a REOCCURING $121 monthly charge. I cancelled my Credit Card as they will not respond to me!

My husband loved it! This knife is very practical to have since it may be used for outdoors and indoors. My husband is a hunter and he takes this with him ALL THE TIME. Quality wise, this is excellent plus the ergonomic design that makes using it very comfy and convenient. A must-have. 10/10!

Do not believe a single word in any of the many 'positive' fake reviews/testimonials spread out all over the Internet!
Don't buy cheap Chinese made knives at Huusk's 'discounted' price that's more than five times higher than what many Chinese sellers ask for on the Net for identical knives from the same manufacturer and, this way, also avoid getting lots of weekly emails and phone calls, for many months at a time, to buy all kinds of other stuff from Huusk, starting immediately after ordering a knife...
