Hydromate

I should have known better than to make a purchase based on an IG ad, but I did. I purchased a re usable drinking bottle. It never arrived.
I contacted the company to discuss options. I was told too bad, the lost package is a USPS issue and
They would issue a refund, minus shipping, return and a restock fee. So I am now paying to return and restock an item I never received. The only way you can contact them is via email and they are no longer returning my messages.

My niece asked for the gallon jug for a Christmas gift, j in was pleasantly surprised at the price so I ordered one for myself also. It shipped quickly, and is great quality. I love that I can get all my daily water in one jug. No need to refill multiple times a day. Also it can double as a weight to do a work out when it's filled with water.

Day one I had bottle, unfortunately I dropped it and broke the white cap. My fault, emailed customer service to purchase a replacement cap. They don't do replacement parts. That's so stupid. The bottle is fine. So the send a 15% OFF code to buy another bottle, no thanks. Thanks for contributing to our waste problem in this world.

I unfortunately purchased two of these water bottles, I received one of them damaged with a dent in the front, and the other one was defective due to the straw not generating water through the sipper. When I attempted to inform Jessica Stevens a customer service representative from HydroMATE that water, she sent me a tutorial video on how to operate the straw. HydroMATE also do not issue refunds or exchanges for any reason. The bigger bottles are shipped in a bubble bag that can be dented at anytime through the mail. Only the slender bottles are shipped in a box. I would never recommend this product to anyone, and this needs to stop advertising on social media because they are only in business for the money.

As of today, I haven't received my order yet. But, I only placed it maybe a week or so ago. I reached out yesterday to see if I could get a status. I received a response right away. They looked into my order, said it was on its way and provided a tracking number. And then, shortly after that, I received another email thanking me, and saying if I needed anything at all to not hesitate to reach out. True reliable customer service is very hard to come by these days. I am extremely happy with what I've seen so far. Thank you for being so on top of things, and with extreme courtesy.

I am almost certain all the good reviews about hydromate are from people who were paid for their review. I did my homework on ordering quality water bottles and I was sold by everything I read and it is all lies. These are cheap and low quality. And even with the insulation bag they don't keep it cold. These water jugs actually make me miserable so I'm not even going to use them. Just an expensive piece of trash and I was stupid and ordered 2 of them. There are way better quality bottles and jugs available for cheaper so don't be fooled by the phony reviews. Everything that these claim is false and they don't accept returns when ordering directly from their site. I am addicted to water bottles and I promise these are the worst ever! I'm so disappointed and would never suggest that anyone get these hydromate motivational jugs.

My hydromate gallon bottle has literally become my best friend! I love the color, the quality, and the accountability with the time stamps to get me through the day. I am easily drinking over a gallon now. My first order came cracked and the teams customer service was excellent! After a quick response to my email, they sent out a brand new bottle without any hesitation. I'm aiming to be a brand ambassador because I get so many inquiries about my bottle. I should of known better to but anything that has no return or exchange. Do not buy this water bottle it is not worth it. I received a purple one gallon bottle that was washed various of times and could not be used because it smelled like spoiled baby milk and rotten eggs.

I sent an email because I had a question about my order. It was well after midnight when I sent the email, and I got an immediate response from Jessica. She provided me with the information I needed to track my remaining items in my order. I love my 32 oz bottle. It has been life changing for me. I'm not a water drinker and this makes it effortless to drink. The straw is the key for me. It fits perfectly in the car cup holder, helps me remain accountable for my hydration goals, and I love the strap. This is a wonderful product and I will purchase again. Thank you again Jessica for your help.

I absolutely love my Hydromate One gallon water bottle it's everything and especially when it aligns with discipline. I love staying on track to reach my water goals. Thanks so much Hydromate for making me apart of your day.

They don't follow their legal policy. I wanted to cancel my order before it's was shipped and they didn't let me. And it clearly says in their policy "If you want to cancel the order for a refund, you must contact us before the item is dispatched. Any cancellation requirements are not accepted once the item has been dispatched." It's not worth it just safe your time and money. Don't buy it.

I can't live without now! Thought it was silly but left it at home while on vacation and missed it. I get all my water in daily now & hubby competes with me. It doesn't keep water cold for that long but I prefer room temp water so it doesn't bother me.

I wrote hydromate to express my concerns and ask for help and it seems as though customer service didn't read a WORD of what I said because they responded with something on the order of "we're so glad you love our product." This really angered me as I HATE the product and all the things wrong with it and I expressed that in my email... terrible company. Don't waste your money.

Let's face it-if you're not tracking progress on your goals, you have no idea if you're making gains. My gallon Hydromate keeps my on track for my water intake. I also love the handle and easy to chug opening! It has a good shape, fits in my gym bag nicely

I ordered for myself half gallon, my son a gallon and daughter who is 8 and takes to her school 32oz with sleeves for all of us and we love this product. Totally recommend, perfect for the whole family

I recently purchased 3 Hydromate bottles for myself, my daughter and my niece. My half-gallon bottle was literally used three times and today, to my shock, as I walked into a lunch meeting carrying it by the material handle attached, it broke for no reason and spilled water all around me as my colleagues stood nearby. Nothing happened to it before this - it wasn't dropped, it wasn't hit. It just broke. Pics attached.

This is the worst part though: after four direct messages and emails sent to Hydromate, not one word from their company and it's been over a month.

I seriously needed this water bottle in my life. As a personal trainer I encourage everyone to drink water all day long and with this hydromate container my job just became a trillion times easier. Fill it up and go on about your day. Stay hydrated, stay fit, stay blessed.

When l first started using these electrolytes they were full of flavor. When l received my most recent order they had little flavor. I checked the individual package of an individual pack and found it had 6 grams of flavored powder. The most recent packages are 5 gram. If l could l would get my money back. It use to be a good product.

I love my water bottle, the straw stays in place and the seal is great. Which seem to be the 2 main places larger water bottles lack. I also got the sleeve and although it defeats the purpose of being able to see the water go down i deem the strap it comes with as a necessity! Makes it super easy to carry around?

This bottle is dollar store cheap and the letters peel in no time. Customer service tried to blame me insisting I'd ignored some care instructions that actually aren't on their site. Creams and hand sanitizers remove their letters. Says that no where. I don't use either. The jug has a handle!
Rude customer service that refused to do anything. Filed a bank dispute.
Company has deleted my reviews on their FB page and blocked me from commenting.

My order just arrived and I love my gallon water bottle sleeve that matches my water bottle. Hydromate's customer service is also awesome. Looking for a sturdy water bottle to carry outside of the house or at home Hydromate will definitely be a great choice. Highly recommended as a gift or just for yourself.

I got my HydroMate for Christmas! It was just what I wanted and it has not left my side since I opened it! It helps me and motivates me to keep drink water. The first couple of days was hard but I am now drinking a gallon a day! This is a gem and I definitely recommend you getting one!

I purchased a bottle paid fast delivery said 2-4 day shipping it's been a week and a half already received an email stating it should have been here yesterday I check status today snd it's still in transit. I sent them an email 2 wise to get my fast shipping money back and no ones replied back... very upsetting.
