I'm always scared when purchasing things I see online, let alone an ad on Facebook. But let me tell you what, ordering my 1/2 gallon was the best decision. It's too cute to not want to take everywhere and has really helped me drink more water. I've actually completely stopped drinking sodas and teas. I went from maybe one small bottle of water a week to easily this 1/2 gallon in a day. I'm purchasing more soon for birthday gifts because everyone needs to have one.
I should have known better than to make a purchase based on an IG ad, but I did. I purchased a re usable drinking bottle. It never arrived. I contacted the company to discuss options. I was told too bad, the lost package is a USPS issue and They would issue a refund, minus shipping, return and a restock fee. So I am now paying to return and restock an item I never received. The only way you can contact them is via email and they are no longer returning my messages.
I often get distracted at work and the day passes without one of the most essential necessities... Water. Hydromate is cute and easy to keep by my side at all times. I absolutely love it.
I love my hydro mate 64 oz water bottle it reminds me to drink enough water daily - I started Beachbody last week and exercising way more than I did before, so I need a water reminder also when I have got facials done I was told my skin is dehydrated and was told to drink more water so thanks hydromate!

I got the bottle and it was broken so they sent me a new one free but the like 3rd day I had the new one it cracked all the way around I suggest you not buying this water bottle

Hydromate makes you believe that the product is produced in the US, but it isn't. And they don't stand behind their product. They won't let you return the unused product.

I needed a gallon-sized water jug to help with my daily water intake and I got all of that plus a stylish purple and words of encouragement! Love my Hydromate.

I purchased the gallon size in pink with the carrier. I definitely recommend getting the carrier if you do the gallon size. I love it!
