I ordered x4 quarts of Pettit paint for a boat project that I could not find any where else on-line (some sites had two or three of the colors I needed, but not all four). After I ordered them I found this review site and began to loose confidence after reading some of the reviews. Kudos to iBoats though - they came through! Four quarts of paint arrived three days after I ordered them and were exactly what I ordered. Can't say why any one else had any troubles but I am very pleased and wanted to share this for other's sake. Great job iBoats - five stars!
Placed an order a week ago. Never received a confirmation email or a tracking number. Sent several emails to their *******@iboats.com email address and never received any responses. They have no telephone number and nobody has responded to me. It's been a week since i placed my order, i've emailed them everyday and I have not heard back from them nor have i received my order. The only thing have is a copy of my order number, which was the only thing I received when i initially placed the order. I'm about to cancel my credit card payment.
I'm pretty certain I ordered a bimini top for SQUARE bimini frame. I got one for round. This will not work for my boat. I ordered just cover and boot. I received complete cover, boot, round poles and hardware. Wasting my time and summer now.
Ordered a shower head. Did not receive the part number i ordered. Mine was a particular scandvik head with a distinct shape. I needed it badly so i used the one sent because it was same brand and it worked.
So the iBoats webpage shows a rounded u-bolt for the Marpac piece 7-1768 (Part #*******) but what is shipped is a square u-bolt. The numbers on the shipped piece match the webpage but the product doesn't, that simple.
I ordered an $11.00 part, paid $15.00 for shipping on May 13th. Credit Card was charged. When I go into my i iBoat account it shows I have never placed an order. Yet I have an invoice and my card statement showing they charged my account. I have called them, emailed them and yet no one cares to get back to me on the part.
The customer service from this business will be the death of them. I will never use them again, and I will let all my boating friends know how bad they are. All over an $11.00 part. How sad!
I am sorry I had to rate them a one star. I don"t think they even deserve that!
Do not buy from these pos they said they knew my boat and when they cover came it did not fit and was a very cheap quality, a tarp would have worked better whne i called them they asked me to measure my boat, i told them i returning for a full refund and they charged ne a 40 percent restock fee for a cheap[ cover that did not fit
I order a outboard hydrofoil thru iBoats and did receive the product in a timely manner. However, I expectected a new, unopened package but that was not what I received. The packaging was clearly stapled back together as it was a return from another customer. Basically iBoats attitude was "to bad, so sad" and they could do nothing unless the product was defective. I hesitate to open it as it will be even more difficult to return. The least the advertising shoud have said is that is was an open packge product. They did not. I will not do business with them again.

I ordered a seat pedestal on 7-17-2020, paid a little over $110. Received an email stating the seat would ship on 7-28-2020. No more info from iboat. Called numerous times. Sent questions over their website. Talked to their reps on the phone and canceled the order. Was told it would take a couple days for the refund to hit my card company. Still nothing until I called their number again. This time I was told that the company that they get the pedestals from had until August 12 to ship the pedestal. Still haven't gotten the pedestal or a refund. This company appears to wa fraudulent company. I will pursue this until either I get my pedestal or my refund. I will pursue legal action no matter what. I HATE thieves!
Easy guide to find the prop I desired. Fast service and outstanding products. Will do more buying from iboats. Going to check back for a trolling motor.
Just got it and put it on. Everything seemed good. Time will tell. Didn't come with enough straps for all the hold down loops. Had to use two of my own bungee cords.
We were missing some parts but was shipped out next day air. Customer service was great! Only wish I would have waited a week before I ordered. The top went on sale over a hundred dollars in savings.
I received the package within two or three days as promised. The order was complete and everything looks good. I have not put it on my boat yet but when I do I'll provide a rating then
They took my money and then they tell me that the order is delayed and no ETA on delivery. I asked to cancel the order (I need the paint NOW). No one to talk to, only email.

The wrong picture was associated with a part, causing some confusion. I will need to return it. Everything came quickly and was of high quality. No issues besides the falsely photographed part.
I ordered a replacment S. S. swivle for my bimini top and they are top notch. The fit is perfect. May have taken a week to get them but they had to sent them half way across the states to get them to me.
I have had an order since 12-12-22-- There is NO sense of urgency! I made a call and basically got no answer and it has been a week. I know its the holidays but over now. Follow up

Multiple email and phone calls unanswered about my order I have not received. Do not do business with this company. Using covid 19 for your lack of service is despicable.
Everything about my transaction with iboats.com was textbook. Got what I wanted at a good price, delivered promptly with someone checking whether I was satisfied. That works for me.
Refunds don't happen I send a text to these people 5 or 6 times, with them saying someone would contact me didn't happen. I would never buy from them again.
I placed a order online 6/15/2020 did not get a email stating it was shipped, on 6/18/2020 I canceled the order online because they would not answer the phone still no response so I sent another email on 6/23/2020 and canceled it again 2 hours later I get a email saying the part has shipped. Now I have a part I do not need and can't send it back because they don't answer the phone or replay to emails. Do not buy from " I BOATS"
Ordered a 21 pound slide anchor but what I got was an empty box that had been torn open on the side with nothing in the box but a balled up empty clear plastic bag. The plastic bag packaging had obviously been balled up and put back in the box after the anchor and cloth anchor storage bag were removed and the torn open box had been put back together to look like it had not been tampered with. There is no doubt the package contents were stolen, not simply lost due to shipping damage. I watched UPS deliver the box on Ring and went to the door and picked it up immediately so I know it was NOT stolen after delivery. It had to be either iboats or UPS employees.
Held for 37 minutes on the phone before getting a representative. After about 30 seconds of discussion placed back on hold. Held again for another 12 minutes. After another 30 seconds of conversation about a refund I'm placed back on hold. Finally the rep came back and claimed they would have to go through a dispute process before issuing a refund. This took a total of 55 minutes just to find out they aren't going to do anything about it. Luckily I paid through Paypal and I've filed a claim with them as well as through UPS.
I recommend you purchase your products somewhere else.
Their standard response was "I don't know when your order will ship" every week for 2 months. Finally after hearing their robotic response I canceled my order
Ordered 13 items in the middle of December. Saw online that my items should ship by Dec 20th, reaching me by the 24th. On the 26th I called and found out that the warehouse "is closed until January 2nd" and they had no idea what was happening with my order and couldn't provide any guidance besides "call back then." I was traveling, got NO updates, finally called today (the 15th) and found out the warehouse is "extremely backed up due to a reorganization" and I should see my order in 2 to 3 weeks. I have received NO communication from iBoats and was only offered to "cancel" my order or wait for the parts. This is a horrible way to run a business. I can only guess that the reorganization has change this company to make it the mess it is today. Avoid it at all costs!
Only ordered this one time, a sale item. Stated expected delivery date was Sept. 7. Only arrived Sept. 11. Had me wondering. Item as described, so all's well that end's well.
I have called and left my number with no call back three times. I sent an email. They sent me an email I sent them a pick of my item that was not correct and no I get no response.
At the time of ordering my propeller kit, I sent and email to ask if the thrust washer came with the kit. It turns out that it did, but I never got a response.
