There system identified a prop that would "FIT" my drive and it would not, took way to much time to get the return and extra phone call, then I am expected to Pay return shipping (on a stainless prop) Yeah I want to eat all the original shipping and insurance and shipping to return for their MISTAKES...

SCREWED UP MY ORDER, LIED ABOUT HAVING THE PARTS, WOULDN'T REFUND THE MONEY AND HAD TO GO TO THE FLORIDA AG TO GET IT. THEY SOON REFUNDED IT THEN. USE MARINE ENGINE.COM. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. THEY ALSO HAVE PARTS FOR THESE OLDER MOTORS AND THEY HAVE THE PARTS IN STOCK OR THEY TELL YOU RIGHT UP FRONT THEY DO NOT. AND THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND EVEN RETURN E MAILS AND PHONE CALLS ON SUNDAY! NO, I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. I WAS JUST DESPERATE TO FIND SOMEONE THAT HAD PARTS FOR THESE OLDER MOTORS SINCE I HAVE 3 AND BOATS NET WAS SUCH A BUNCH OF LOSERS. GOD AWFUL COMPANY. PHIL

I ordered a bow stop from iBoat but realized right after I placed the order that it was the wrong size. I immediately tried modifying or canceling the order by calling their customer service and lodging an email and return request with them. Since their customer service was closed at that time of night, I immediately called them first thing in the morning. They said they would put in request to swap the part with the right one and notify me later of what to expect. I received an email from the returns department (person who I contacted the night before) and they said it was too late and the part would still ship. I never received a call back from the customer service person despite multiple attempts to reach the same extension. Interestingly the part did not ship till 6PM, which meant they had a full 16 hours to cancel my order or change it. I followed up and asked if they would give me a discount or offer free shipping to order the right part size now that I had to go through the trouble of returning the old item. Zero response! IBoats has terrible customer service! I have now tried for over 2 weeks with daily calls and emails to get a return authorization with no help at all from this company. Worst company I've ever ordered from on the Internet!

I placed my order on a Sunday. Thought it would at least a week before I would see it... WOW. Wednesday it was sitting at my door step waiting for me when I got home. Nice prop

I order sleds for our trip to Colorado, got exactly what I saw online, the shipping was fast, the price was great... I am really satisfied with the service!

You put them on & can forget your fenders & when you slow down to get them or when you get to the next dock your fenders are still there. Would buy them again..

The parts were just what I needed at a great price. Iboats has good parts at a very good price and the shipping is fast also. I would recommend Iboats.

I ordered a hitch from iBoats that I needed quickly. I paid extra for the 2nd Day Air shipping, but iBoats sent it via standard Ground. I called and spoke with a manager who told me I could refuse the package since it was their error. I did so, but now they have refused the package on their end. I called customer service numerous times, but no one answers. After you are on hold for 5 or so minutes, the system asks for your phone number for a "call back." When you enter it, it abruptly tells you goodbye, and no one calls back. I sent three emails, none of which have been responded to. At this point, they have hundreds of dollars of mine, but since no one answers phones at the company, or returns calls, I have no way to get it back. Off to the BBB to file a complaint...

I did discover that if you hit * after the system answers, you can then get to the company directory. If you hit 527, you will be sent to the voicemail of Jason, who is in charge of service. He does not actually answer the phone, but I will be leaving messages on a regular basis until someone calls me back. I do understand that the "pandemic" has caused staffing issues, but if you cannot stand behind your sales, then close up shop until you can.

Received prop the same week ordered and did wonders for my boats performance. My holeshot is about the same but increased my top speed by 8 mph! I love it!

This company will tell you they will get you parts,,,,, meanwhile 3 weeks later and 4-5 different answers from 4-5 different people,,,, NOW my parts are lost in shipment,,, YA RIGHT. Ordered 3 things and next to the last conversation they had 2 of them, now they never had any of them cause i had to cancel the order and wait 3-5 buisness days for the money back! Online con aritist is my personal opinion. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GETING THEM FROM CHINA!

Did not receive order like I paid for, it came in 4 days not what I paid for, the part is great just what I needed but had to stop on the way and get a part.

I-Boats, did great on the parts that I needed, I'm impressed! I'll be back when the need is there and will tell my friends.

Ordering is easy online, parts are shipped fast.and parts work correctly. I have ordered from IBOATS many times and never had a problem.

I believe iboats ships you the incorrect part on purpose to steal your money by making the return process extremely difficult. Buyer beware.

Perfect description and the search was easy to find the correct part. I will do more of my marine necessary shopping w/iboats.
