In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Credits often go in wrong and you have to contact customer SVC. They give you the run around and what should be a 2 second fix turns into days of back and forth. You can make some extra grocery $ but they make it pretty painful.

Constantly have to contact support for missing cash. Purchased correct items, bar code is correct, says you're getting cash back. Then an email, with no information says the item doesn't match their criteria. Even tho it does. Tired of having to fight them for pennies.
Which time? I constantly have to contact to get my cash from valid purchases.

I love this app for giving cash back on many items I'm already buying and if there is an issue they provide quick customer support
It's so easy to get rebates! Just scan your receipt or connect accounts, like with Walmart, to receive your rebates. Super simple and easy. Once you reach $20+ you can get your money back in a gift card.
Even though they don’t always resolve my issues the way I want, they do always respond within 48 hours as promised.
I started 4 years ago with Ibotta because it was the best rebate app then and it still is today.
I have had a couple of issues with a certain store, and customer service responded and corrected issue very quickly! I have used Ibotta since 2017 and am very pleased.
I missed an offer on an item I actually purchased, and Ibotta emailed me to let me know, with 24 hour to claim. I claimed it, and they gave me the reward!
I am pretty new at using Ibotta, starting with its big Thanksgiving rewards. After getting some good rewards, I saw that Ibotta includes a lot of items and places I regularly shop. It's also easy, with a lot of my shopping rewarded automatically.

It was fairly easy once i remembered my password. It took me awhile to find the correct password.
I bought a couple of items that were eligible for a rebate but only got one. I emailed Ibotta and the problem was solved immediately.

Neither HEB nor Walmart had laffy taffy or the Small package of Finish dishwasher. This is an on going issue of get to the store and find they don't even carry the product.

I bought dove body wash along with dove plant milk bar and it did not prove my $2 boys as it would have
