Easy to use app that helps you get some money back and they always have different items and stores that you can redeem from. I've been a member for a bit and couldn't recommend a better app to use to get cash back on everyday buys by just scanning your receipts! They do online as well!

I was supposed to get $65 on 3/5/2024 but they never paid me, I will never use ibotta ever again. It seems like they lied to me.

Total Scam! Stole my money! Do not use this app! When I tried to withdraw all of a sudden they couldn't accept receipts from money they gave me! SCAM! I double checked every item so I know it's bs!

I did not get my money for 10 days but I contacted them and I got it within 5 minutes Thank You ibotta

As a lifetime couponder and bargain hunter I enjoy Ibotta more for entertainment than the money earned. The time investment outweighs the financial gains but Ibotta is more fun than BINGO or those dumb scratch-off cards. 9

The website is terrible for gaining access. Spins for hours, particularly toward the end of a bonus when you are trying to input your receipts and cannot! Once it's too late for the bonus, the website will open... Hmmm.! More about getting you to buy than rewarding the customer.

I do not have a TV so a lot of the new items I find to try are because of Ibotta. They give you free money for things you are going to buy anyways. I have earned so much money through Ibotta and if that isn't enough each Thanksgiving they give you free turkey with all the fixings. What other app or site does that?

Saw Ibotta recommended on a couponing site and thought I'd try it. I love it.

I have only been using Ibotta for 2 weeks and I have already earned $33.25. I'm amazed at the ease of using this app and how quickly I started earning money on products that I purchase regularly. I would definitely recommend this app to all my friends and family!

I used this app for 5 years. Had $170 saved up in my account when I suddenly couldn't access the app any more. After a week of emailing them daily they said my account was pretty disabled. No reason given just a link to terms of service. They actually reserve the right to close your account for no reason! I have emailed them asking why and they won't respond. They stole the money I spent 2 years earning

My account has been locked. I was looking to
Unlock this account. What ever transaction that caused this can be removed if that helps us get past this hurdle. I am sure the leverage in negations is that you will drive revenue to the companies that are featured in your app. It is disappointing to find yourself locked out from ALL your finances when you are in fact doing the exact thing you are promoting to your partner companies. And in the event of a suspicious activity you should deny or leave in pending that transaction to not completely stop user traffic. If my funds are not accessible i will no longer promote your business and forced to go elsewhere. I have recruited and pushed a lot of business to your organization and partner groups. They take money from you and will find any reason to lock you out of your account. I've gone to them twice on them taking money out of my account and they claim it's because of unusual activity though there was none. I had around $70 and ended up with a little over $20. They are scammers.

I don't have a huge problem or any scam stories about this but all I can say is I preferred it a few years ago. Before you use to have to scan your items so they check off the "list" and know what is left to get or whatever and now you just get them and go home and take a photo of the receipt. I don't like that at all. Also, I find it harder to navigate and slow to use now and it just upset me enough to stop using it all together.

I do have to say, though, that I made money from using this site and I did receive it. I made, I believe $60+ and then another time $30 something. I got paid both times.

Ibotta is a great way to earn cash back on your everyday purchases. I wish they would add more popular products like Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Gain, Dawn, Tide, Angel Soft, Cantu, and etc. I see more odd or extremely expensive products. I guess I would like them to follow receipts and get the more popular products people purchase verses the really expensive products that most people don't purchase. I also wish they worked like Fetch but they don't.

Don't give them any information unless you want 10 spam calls & 20 spam emails a day. Also they won't delete your information if you ask, they just keep selling it & selling it, upping your chances of having your information stolen. Also terrible customer service. Bad company. Stay far away!

I was impressed by how easy the app was to use. The Thanksgiving deal worked out well. Besides a few products not being available at my Walmart. The money was almost immediately added to my PayPal once my receipt was scanned. I will definitely be using this app a ton more.

The customer service sucks and they make it hard to earn money! I submitted several receipts, only to be told that they could not find a match when there clearly was a match on their app! I even scanned the barcodes, only to receive an e-mail saying there was no match. Contacting customer service is a joke! I contacted them a week ago via their app, and have so far only received an automated response. Their BS excuse: "Higher than normal requests." I called corporate in Colorado, only to be given the runaround from an automated system. There was no way to make a selection to contact customer service on their phone system. They don't care about their customers, just their money and data!

I have been using ibotta for a few years, but I had not been consistence until this year. I cashed out my first $20 and basically forgot about the app. I am in a coupon club and they use it all the time, but I felt that it was not worth the hassle. So I gave it another try, and I have been using it since. It has been going well so far. I shop online a great deal and use Ibotta and the cash back goes directly to Ibotta. I hope my next cash out is as easy as the first one! I am aiming for $100 to cash out! I do wish there were more cash back options on everyday items that people use more often.

Overall this is a pretty good app. I do have problems with it at times not getting credit for things that I bought. This company needs to hire more people to help because I shouldn't have to wait 4 to 6 days to get a response back. Right now I'm waiting for a response because it won't show me any of my earnings or anything that's processing. Get on the ball, please hire more people! Also I have waited at times for a five days to get credit on items I have bought.

We get stuck paying the same brands year after year. It's fun to try new products. Some Ibotta recommended brands are priced higher than local store brands. I'm willing to explore and buy a higher priced item if the item is better tasting or better quality.

I use this app every time I go to the store- especially the grocery store and when I use one of my pay cards linked to Ibotta they automatically redeem anything that I buy that's on the app. No scanning an item or a receipt necessary.

Great way to earn cash back for your everyday shopping. The only thing I dont like is you need at least 20$ to cash out hopefully they can change that. Other than that the app is the best one for cash back I've found so far.

Been using app for almost 2 years. Never an issue. Withdrew as little as $20 and as much as $100 towards AMAZON gift cards etc. Now all of a sudden I am locked out. I earned $150 and wanted to withdraw for gift card for lunch and Hotel.com for room. So much for my weekend trip. Been waiting for response for a week now.
