It is very difficult to get points. It rejects a lot of pictures of receipts but it's nice getting points for products

I have used Ibotta for years, at least three. This year I really started to use them alot. I have ran through about 1500. 00 this year in rebates and as the year progressed, the service slacked. I have constantly in the last month had to put in multiple tickets to get things fixed. Last straw was an order with 36 offers, 3 bonuses, etc. They missed 6 offers and 3 bonuses and when I put the ticket in, two days later I am still short all but one of them. The company agrees to pay rebates, but then systematically makes it impossible to get your money. Once or twice is understandable, but 1 out of 6? I did 140 plus offers this months, 1 out of 6 adds up. I will not be using them in the future, because the time and energy to get the company to honor their agreement isn't worth it. BEWARE of this APP.

They denied my rebate. Said it couldn't be found on receipt. Wrong. It is clearly on there. Be careful of the stores you go to and the type of phone you have. Why you just cant scan your receipt like at some stores? At others you have to take a pic of it. And my receipts are LONG and they never can read. Makes it problematic. It needs to change because people are buying things they think they have a rebate on and they are not.

I was able to get my account up to $70 in earnings and then when I attempted to withdraw them they deactivated my account with no warning or reasoning. I emailed the company multiple times to figure out why. Finally I took it to BBB and then I got a response from the company. They stated I submitted the same receipt more than once. ( I may have buy accident, I grocery shop quite a bit)Also told me that one or more of the receipts where used by a different account. Again, my husband could have by mistake picked up one of the ones I already submitted. We both had an account and would alternate receipts to submit. But instead of warning us like a lot of the other apps do. ( Receipt hog, coinout) They tell you, this has already been submitted we can not accept it and that's the end of it. NOT with Ibotta, they will just deactivate your account without speaking to you first and keep your earnings.

So my friend just suggest me this app for grocery cash back. So im so love it, it very easy to get cash back and also i can get cash back for online shopping too. And i didnt see any cash back app better than Ibotta. Love it

I would recommend everyone to use the app. It is so great. I am shopaholic and spend a lot of time shopping around my local stores. Thanks to ibotta, I save a lot. I am so excited that I know this app. The best app among cashback app I ever know.

I seem to fight for almost every penny I earn. I have to contest so much.

Get to 100.00$ cash back even with all receipts as proof the say you are scamming and they block you! If my receipts are not legit then why is the site accepting them. Then get to 100.00$ and they block you!

This has happened 3 times to us. The first time we didn't notice how much we had in our rewards, we thought we had $20.25. The app logged out itself. We tried to log in, the password didn't work. We then reset the password. We use the new password and still it wouldn't let us log in. After 2 days we were able to log in with the new password and the total reward was reduced to $11.

I was missing cash back so I contacted Customer Service and they were very prompt in correcting the issue.

Quick and very efficient

Apps is difficult to use, credits disappear before I can upload a receipt.
Can you only upload one merchant. I wanted to upload a credit for mikes lemonade on a target receipt. I hit the plus on the mike's but then I could not find Target. Now, both Mikes and Target are not available so I don't get the credit. I specifically went to target to get this credit and now it is not there.

It was solved in seconds. Thank you Jan and Ibotta.

I signed up with Ibotta and forgot the number I used because at the time I didn't have a working phone. I used WiFi and the app "textplus" for a phone #. I used every number I could think of and it still won't verify. I emailed support and they said they have to verify my old number to replace with a new number. I have $27.40 in my account and they refuse to let me verify my identity in any other way. I want my money.

When I was first told by my grand daughter all about Ibotta I thought, yea free money I bet there is a catch. So I tried it because she was so excited about it. She was right I love it and love the free money I get back and get the groceries. Try it you will like it. Here is a code letting ibotta know you read this. ORUJHYR

They deactivated my account just because I helped my parents create their ibotta accounts using my emails, which were two different emails that were different from the one I use for my ibotta. I even used their own phone numbers and paypals to create their accounts. I also tried withdrawing my cash, which was over $100, way before I helped my parents create their accounts and ibotta didn't let me. Customer support has also decided to end conversations with me. They have no excuse for the $#*!ty actions they've been doing to their users!

I would like the.50 credit. I should have gotten $1.00, not.50

Good but need new items added seem like same items lately

I bought another Raid refill. It is on my list, it is on my receipt. Yet, it won't recognize it for the $5.00 refund.

Other issues with unrecognizable codes.

The app is easy to use however the products that are being offered are not as good as they used to be.
