In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!

My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

The receipt ripped at one of the prices of an Ibotta deal and it will not accept my receipt. It's an $8 rebate so I'm kinda disappointed. It'd be great if they had a way to accept it other than scanning!

I keep getting shorted when I purchase envelopes of Chicken of the sea tuna. I buy 5 envelopes and I'm lucky to get credit for 3. I don't think I 'll be trying that again. I guess I'll be doing customer service AGAIN.

I got the Kentucky ham that I would not have got if it weren't on the deal. I scanned the barcode and it said that it was the correct product and it is shown on my receipt because I did buy it. I did not get the credit back for it.

I purchased a bottle of Malfy Gin 750ml from Total Wine ("any liquor store" that should have given me $3 back. I had checked the item in my app before I went shopping. The brand, size and "flavor" was all within the fine print. Upon submitting my receipt, it was declined because upc code was not in Ibotta file. Yet there was no way for me to submit it. Error came back it didn't qualify. I would like to know WHY it didn't qualify since every bit of the description was spot on to what I bought.

I could not get past the BOT customer service.

Lately scanning receipts from any commissary is not working, I have to go in and manually scan the items. And then today I again manually scanned items it said accepted, and look again and it only accepted the.10cents for receipt and not the other products, and it currently states items under review and i scanned them in store to see if they matched.

Great app, just view the offers and mark those you think you will purchase. After shopping scan your receipt to receive the promised refund on each item you purchased.
Your accumulated refund money can be used to purchase gift cards. So far I have saved over $300.

I was curious about the $1 and $2 food Lion rebate. It seems I'm not getting this the last several rebates. There is no way not check it. You click on it to go to your food lion shopping app. I wish this store would just let us scan the receipt like other stores. But why isn't the extra couple bucks applying to cash back? Ty

EVERY single time I try to redeem the Absolut or Jameson rebates from Any Restaurant Ibotta only credits me for 1 purchase even though my receipts clearly show at least 2 purchases. This has been going on all year. I spend so much time asking (through messages) Ibotta customer care to please look at the receipt and fix the problem.

I have to contact them again. It's not fixed yet. This is ridiculous.

When I first started using Ibotta it was simple and worked. However, something has changed and has not been fixed. It has become aggravating and time consuming.

I had accumulated almost $20, but when checking I saw that I had no $$ because I had been charged a monthly maintenance fee. You don't always sponsor items that I purchase so therefore I don't always accumulate money on a regular basis. I will be deleting the app if this is your policy, which in my opinion is ridiculous and very unfair. It is not worth my time.

I bought per your directions on the app in store and the grands 8 count cinnamon rolls got first had no rebate. So read carefully and got the pilsbury grands 5 count deluxe cinnamon rolls and purchased two on your app in store and app said it qualified with a green check. Get home app states doesn't quilify now?

It’s not working now it states in the beginning. I scan products and told the cereal and cinnamon rolls are in the app, I get the green check mark, scan the receipts and now it’s not working.
