As soon as I figured out how to use it I have been earning more frequently It really comes in handy if you need extra cash I can easily cash out to my debit card

Without a doubt this is the best cash back app I have ever used. I noticed I was missing cash back due to the receipt not looking right. I took a picture of my product bought and how when I scanned on app was accepted but no cash back. I emailed Ibotta and my cash back was added and an email telling me! Without a doubt people are crazy for not using this app! #1 to use and I have used many others!

The Ibotta Care Team has reviewed three of my submissions that weren't caught through the app. Contacting the Ibotta Care Team has been easy through the app. My receipts have been reviewed within 24-36 hours. I'm giving them 5 stars! I'll continue to use ibotta because of them.

I've used Ibotta for years and have had a few times where I have missed cash back for something. The latest time was my fault. But the customer service was good to work with and still gave me my cash back. I have recommended this app to friends because it is so good.

I have tried the best to explain my experience with this app. Everytime I take the time to try the app again it seems to disappoint. I spend several hundreds on items and really don't have the best experience.

The amounts have changed twice from my last purchase from Kroger and the amount is still inaccurate. Please adjust!

I do not recall ever getting a reminder to use Ibotta until I was notified of having $3.99 deducted for not using Ibotta for 6mos.
I had $20 and forgot to withdraw it and now I cannot. Not fair to not get a reminder!

I purchased Glade twin candles on 7/12. Submitted receipt on 7/18. Thats 6 days and I did not receive credit for my puchase. Then I get email stating purchase had to be within 7 days and I was 6 days. Then I was told I would get credit but no credit. I emailed by several people who made it seem as if I didnt know what i was doing. Been using iBotta fot 7 years and not happy.

I just had a great experience with Ibotta! My daughterinlaw talked me in to joining & I was pretty much confused at first but thought I did well. I didn't at first, but got the hang of it now with Ibotta's help. I love the fact you get money back. I will be shouting Ibotta from the roof top! I am very happy with this app & it's my favorite one. Thanks Ibotta!

Didn't understand what to do with the virtual help.

Since I installed this app my shopping became a fun instead of boring errand. I've tried many new products instead of buying all the same over and over again, although the one I used to like. It's very refreshing and also motivation - to get some cash after spending your time and money. Thank you I GOTTA for this entertainment and savings!

Ibotta contacted me via e-mail to say they thought I forgot to add an item to my list and I was missing money. Sure enough, I checked within the 24 hour window and added the item to my list. Next morning there was $1 in my account. In the years I've been with ibotta, I've made over $500. Those dollars add up and I truly appreciate the fact that THEY reached out to me, when they didn't have to. That's good business!

I am amazed at how quickly they find missing reward items and contact me to add them to my account. That has happened several times lately and has added up to a lot of money.

I did not realize that my account was set up with a hidden Apple ID and found I could not login with what I thought were my credentials. The 'care team' initially was not able to identify the problem, and could not find my account to help me get back in. On the third round of "tell us the email addresses associated with this account," one astute help desk assistant suggested that a hidden apple ID could be the problem and she was right! Problem solved! Thanks for sticking with me on this. Your patience paid off!

I went to Walmart and purchased the Cracker Barrel Artisian cheese. It had showed a refund of 4.97. I only got $1. I'm very disappointed

Ibotta is Amazing!
Today is my 7 year anniversary with Ibotta and up to now, I'm still going strong, I have claimed nearly $8,000 in Ibotta rebates 🥰
It's as easy as downloading the Ibotta app, clicking a little box on offers on things you would normally buy from stores you already shop from. Easy peesy.

Also I couldn't not leave some love for Ibotta a support, I haven't had the need to use them often but when I do, they are always there promptly to get everything straightened out in a hurry.

I have been fighting for over a week to get rebates and they finally gave me them and out of 36 or 37 they say I matched 12. Wow.

I have been emailing back-and-forth with customer service for over a week. I have sent them multiple pictures showing them what I was supposed to receive and it still wasn’t good enough.

I had a problem with getting my cash back but Ibotta worked with me and resolved the issue. Thank you! Ibotta is a great way to earn extra money on things you buy

Often times offers don't automatically pick-up and requires multiple resubmissions and tickets. Customer service needs improvement as it can take several back and forth emails to resolve simple issues. Otherwise I love Ibotta with high value rebates and bonus offers!

Many reps send back canned responses without reading the question. Or they ask you to provide the same information that has already been submitted to Ibotta. Most tickets are very frustrating to resolve and it's become the norm. Please improve training with your staff!

Ibotta is a great way to earn money on items you are already buying.

Cash back rebate allowed up to THREE of an item. I purchased THREE of the item and was given cash back for only TWO. Requested a review and was told cash back was processed correctly. Definitely not happy.

NO HAPPY.

I didn't realize that my CVS receipt had earned cash back. Ibotta emailed me and instructed me on how to claim it. Nice!

I don't get credit for all of my purchases about 50% of the time. I don't bother to dispute it most of the time because the process is terrible & the effort isn't worth 50 cents or whatever amount they're cheating me out of.

The Kentucky legend ham I've bought before and got the 3.00 and this time it declined it declined another time too. It is the right product. I am starting to believe Walmart is coding it so it dosnt go through or your declining for whatever purpose!

It’s an AI robot repeating the same message , not listening to me describe the decline . It is the correct item !!

I was ready to give up because I could not log into my Ibotta app. It kept telling me that it could not retrieve my information to try later. No matter how many times I tried, later, it gave me the same message. I knew I had $22 in my account, and I didn't want to give up the money, so I followed the instructions the support team gave me. It took a couple of months to figure out that Ibotta was having an issue on their end, but I was finally able to login again and get my money, and use the Ibotta app. The support team wouldn't let me give up, and they kept doing what they needed to do and gave me things to do, but to no avail. We didn't know that at the time. The support team is fantastic and will NOT give up on you, even if you're ready to give up! Blessings!
