In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
This is by far the top notch app for grocery shopping. The selection of products is vast. No issues with getting $$$$ back on products. Jacob well done

I went to Walmart with intentions to buy 4 things on my Walmart list so I could complete the weekend bonus, I already had 2 of the 6 needed to complete my weekend bonus but by the time I'm through shopping I had purchased 6 bonus items. So I completed the 6 item bonus for the weekend bonus.
I've used ibotta for the last Several years and I've earned well over $1300. Using ibotta I'm probably closer to $1500., I Love Ibotta.
I have missed out on a few offers from shopping at stores that only allow you to use your loyalty card, sometimes it doesn't pick up the offers and there's no way to submit a receipt to request it.
And if you connect your other accounts to be able to get your online pick up order offers then you miss out on receipts bought by other members of your family.

I’ve emailed customer service a few times when I’ve had a problem with missing or not getting credited for an item. They respond quickly and help you get the credit you are owed.
I saw a few friends & family members using it and it sounded interesting so I tried it and am so thankful I did.
Always happy with results from this app but have a hard time creating a ticket with a problem. Contacting a person is hard to do but overall I'm happy with this app.

Have for three years.
This week I had three experiences of Ibotta not giving me money back on three different qualifying receipts. After submitting one receipt that was claimed ineligible purchase THREE TIMES, they finally gave me their promised rebate. Still working on the other two with them, even though my purchases should have rebated money in my account as it is linked with store loyalty cards. Not hopeful, though, and probably won't use iBotta anymore. Toooooo much work to get money promised when they don't hold up their end of the deal.
I thought it was a good way to save our family money on products I purchase.

They've stolen money from me. I earned rewards and they reversed them for no reason. I'm never using Ibotta again. They are extremely unreliable. I'm very upset and will not recommend them!

I bought all 3 Tyson chickens. I of course would have never bought them with out the deal. So thank you for that. But, sent up for review. I got no where. I have submitted several and several photos. Overall experience is great. Once I sent over my info I had the missing cash back within 12 hours. Very polite as well.

I scanned the items and the store and it said the items qualified for cashback. Well I didnt get the cashback. Now I am waiting for customer service to get back to me

I read the conditions for getting the deals. When I submit receipts or shop at Walmart the deals aren't recognized. It is difficult and looking for another app that is more consistent.

I had an offer from a retailer thst didn’t go thru and customer service was very easy to submit my request into. In a very reasonable amount of time I received the cash back into my account.

You can easily collect rebates and quickly and easily redeem your earnings for gift cards, which can be used pretty much immediately after redemption.

I like the fact that you now alert us to missed deals and aloe us to claim them. Sometimes when shopping in store, you impulse buy or you'll remember something you forgot to add to your list.
I do wish you would take printed receipts however. My last Acme receipt was emailed to me so I printed it out, but it was invalid. There was 3.50 back on that receipt, maybe more.
This was previously but they rectified the issue and gave me all the deals that I was supposed to get.

If you shop alot and are tying to save a little money, Ibotta has been a lifesaver on getting some added cash back on items we purchase. Highly recommend it - five star app, runs smoothly, haven't had a single complaint and have been using it for 2 solid years now.
I’ve tried other apps and nothing holds a candle to Ibotta.
You give the money then take it back and say it may be an error and you are working on it AFTER you ask us to jump through all the hoops. If I don't have to use Ibotta, I don't. Because I don't trust you.
I was told to jump through the hoops and provide proof of purchase etc. then I was told it may be a system issue and you are working on it. It’s been 2 weeks. What a mess.
