In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I was totally surprised by a email message from Ibotta that I missed out getting $3.00 on a purchase I had made and how to claim it now. In this economy $3.00 is a big deal to me and I love anything that goes above and beyond to help me save and Ibotta and their employees are the best In my opinion!

I purchased 4 Katie's bars and received credit for only one bar. Four of my bar¡s,UPC codes scanned perfectly and I still only received credit for one bar. Wasting my time?

I Love Ibotta. There are times when you have to get help because it doesn't always catch every item, but customer support always fixes the issue
I just can't wait when I go grocery shopping and I plan my trips around I bought in a couple other sites that I used by thinking cash in receipts for a gift card but I love it number one

I've used this app off and on for several years. At this point, I use it every shopping trip. I have most items delivered, due to a disability. Also, I shop mainly Walmart, CVS and Amazon. The Amazon only has money-back on Alexa devices. A person only needs so many of them. At Walmart, you can tie in your account, so you get money back in your Ibotta account within hours of the online purchase being delivered. With all that said, my review is strictly on the online offers, not the in-store, scan your receipt option.
The app is great! It's VERY easy to use. The development team keeps the app really up-to-date, so any snags (and that's usually all they are) get fixed pretty quickly.
The only two downsides, and unfortunately, they can be a big one, depending on the issue. The main issue is their customer service (CS). First, in no particular order, they make it difficult, on the app, to find where and how to contact them.
Second, I believe you can only reach someone via email, not phone, or even chat. That's really frustrating.
Third, even with the email, sometimes you don't even get a response. And, when you do, they typically refer you to parts of the FAQs section. In my case, I've checked that first, tried deleting and re-installing the app, as well as restarting my phone already, and multiple times. Clearly, they don't read the emails fully, if they're sending those "solutions", when I've stated that I've indicated I've already tried these.
Fourth, if and when you do get an actual person responding, they ask you to send in a ton of things. This includes stuff I've sent in the original email. Also, some of the information is no longer available on the app, bc I've used that offer, or it's expired now.
Fifth, the number of good money-back offers has lessened. There are a lot of 15-25¢ back offers. They DO have quite a few offers, though.
The second issue is the bonus offers. They've gotten insanely high (# of items required to get the bonus money). There are times you need to have used 44 offers to earn the bonus.
CS frequently just doesn't respond. Then, when they do, I'll get referred to the FAQ section, which I've already checked and done as advised, in my original contact email. I feel as though they're not reading the original (&/or subsequent,) emails. They request a ridiculous amount of items as "proof", many of which, again, I've already included in the original or subsequent emails. Also, they sometimes ask for a screenshot of the offer. Many, times, it's expired and gone from the app already. Or, I've used it the number of times permitted. Or, even in the cases where the offer has been offered again, it's usually later than my email. Sometimes, I feel like I have to screenshot every offer I plan to use, for this ridiculous request. I think it's fair to assume that Ibotta has this info, as they're the ones offering it. It shouldn't be incumbent upon me to screenshot every offer, just in case there's a problem.
I don't remember, as it's been so long, but I currently use it for cash back offers, which are pretty good.
To be honest I wasn't sure about rebate apps when I first started a couple of months ago. I figured it would be a scam but I'm so glad I gave it a chance anyway. Ibotta is AMAZING! I love the simplicity of using the app. Just pulls up the app and chose which store you're shopping at, scan the item and if there's a match it pulls it up (other apps you have to read the fine print description and hope you picked the correct item.) I love the ease of scanning receipts bc I can actually scan those 6 foot receipts I get from publix with no problems 😂 AND I love the extra bonuses Ibotta gives as well. The best part (for me) is when you have enough money accrued in your account you can get a gift card right then and there. With some other rebate apps you have to wait at least 4-5 days. Not with Ibotta. My family hit a rough financial patch two weeks ago and I was at Walmart. Instead of picking and choosing what we could afford that week, I opened up my Ibotta app and I had enough money to where I was able to purchase a $50 Walmart gift card while I was in line to checkout. By the time I got to the register my gift card reward was already sent to my email and available for the clerk to scan in my app. Ibotta has been a blessing for my family! I can't recommend them enough!

I have been using it for several years now and find it entertaining and worth the time to look through the products for ones I use. Sometimes I have found something I really like because it was available and I tried it out.
The site has gotten easier to navigate and I like how they can even help you out finding items on yoiir receipts you may have overlooked. It is a great company to deal with!

My friend told me about this app so thought I would give it a try and love it!
Last week my saved debit card on my walmart app was hacked. So when I went to Walmart to shop for my ibotta items I used cash. The receipt had a terrible line right down the middle and I could not scan the bar code and could not quite make out the numbers on the tc#. I immediately emailed ibotta customer car with a detail description and photos of my reciept. Within 24 hours I received my money and had a response email letting me know all was taken care of.
I absolutely love this app. It is so easy to use, and easy to get rebates. A couple of times I have had questions about rebates. Customer Service is amazing, always responds to my inquiries, and every time I am more than satisfied with the resolution. I highly recommend this app!
I hate that you can't select and upload receipts after the purchase like before. Very frustrating and annoying. Hardly use the app anymore
I love Ibotta! I just can't say enough good about them! But, with anything issues occur…no matter what though, Ibotta always responds and resolves the issues and in a timely manner! I've always had the best experiences with Ibotta!
It's getting harder and harder to find offers for anything that you would normally buy. Ibotta is still better than some of it's competitors but things are going downhill. On the positive side, Ibotta's receipt processing is much better than Fetch and it's rare to have to correct a receipt.

I love getting extra spending money AND the fact that they let me know when I missed something! I can't believe I get an email saying there are eligible items I missed! So great!
Things are expensive and the money helps level things out.
Ibotta is the only app I use now. There were constant issues with other apps and always a reason my purchase did not qualify. With Ibotta I never have that problem and they offer cash back on normal items people buy everyday.
So easy to use and they always honor their offers.
I am missing cash back, when I scanned tge tide to go 3 pack it said the barcode was not good how does that happen? I tried several different ways to file help but it wouldn't go through. Otherwise I like the app.

It's always easy and there is an actual customer support unlinke any other rebate app I have used- I use a lot. I've been a user for years and have had so many benefits without a lot of screen time.
I had an issue with a rebate and the customer service team resolved it with kindness and made me feel like a valued customer. I love Ibotta for the rebates and am thankful for the customer service reps who respond and resolve concerns from customers like me.
Ibotta is not crediting for all purchase made through the Ibotta app at Walmart. It is increasingly difficult to have customer requests addressed. They are wasting time staffing by not throughly reviewing email h t reads before asking the same questions over and over. Bonuses are either not credited to acct or given to customer or taken away with reason only to read there policy that states they have the right to remove any money in your acct or revoke any offer. Entire shopping trips a dates are missing from linked accts when Ibotta is launched and used for the purchase. Even when you take the time to prove your claim to customer care team the issue never gets resolved and it is extremely time consuming to use these coupons only to not get the reimbursement that you expected or d sad could have recurved. They want the customer to review old coupons that where not credited and have expired and the consumer cannot see or research. We all want to save that is why we use this app. But who is really getting all the credit for the purchases so made when scam not reimbursed as the offers started?

We all want to save that is why we use this app. But who is really getting all the credit for the purchases I made when I am not reimbursed as the offers state?
