In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I am fairly new to Ibotta. Went shopping at Walmart. Did not mark down the products I was intending to buy. Was informed by Ibotta that I bought one of the products on their list. Thankfully they gave me the credit when they did not have to because I didn't mark it off. They did the right thing by me. Thank you

I can't open the link to submit a request, the stupid chat bot won't show up in the corner to do it that way. The receipt I want to manually submit is not pending or even showing, and again, I can't submit it. Customer service options are the worst I've ever had to deal with.

I chose Ibotta because all the digital coupon sites for offers like these have disappeared or been absorbed by Ibotta. It would be a wonderful site/app if customer service could be stepped up a notch or three.
I've been using ibotta for over a year. I absolutely love it! I've received almost $2,500 cash back so far. Redeeming cash back is easy and fast, whether getting gift cards (literally instantly!) or directly deposited into my checking account. I've never been so impressed with an app. The rare times I've had trouble using the app and have had to reach out to their Customer Care Team, my issues were resolved swiftly and with great care. I have NOTHING bad to say about ibotta. And shout out to Customer Care Team representative 'Jeevelyn'! They were incredibly fast, friendly and solved my issues with ease. Ibotta makes my life better, and I'm grateful for it!
Bonus is great if example $5 for 10 or 15 items, but $1 for same amount, NO! The items that have to purchase so many of it (even 2) is not good for a single or couple household. I prefer example $1 back for one instead of $2 for 2.

I appreciate the earnings as I am always trying to make my retirement income go as far as possible. With just a little effort and time, getting the extra funds is worth it! Just recently made it to $1000.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with the help of the customer service team. I had problems with the withdrawal of my rewards, and also with some promotions that had not been credited. Within 48/72 hours I had everything resolved. I am still happy because they really responded quickly and directly to resolve everything.

It directly says barcode matched so the hell is going on and absolutely to no end frustrates me ever dam time this happens and worse yet it states up to limit of 5 and you dam well choose not to recognize this

Ibotta takes a little time getting used to, setting everything up. But it is well worth the little time it takes every few days because I've earned almost $1000 for that time! I earn money every week, sometimes a little more than others. I love Ibotta!
The best money back program I’ve found!
It's so simple. You pick the store that you're going to you. Go through the items you see if there's anything you need you click it, you link it and you get paid either. Did have one issue couple weeks ago, but managed to get it figured out, and I was paid.
A friend referred me to the site cause I was trying to save money and out of the different apps I have tried. This is the only one I have stuck with for now at least 3 years, if not longer.
I do most of my shopping online with home delivery so sitting on my couch I just browse through Ibotta's offers and if it's on my list I get cash back in my account as soon as my order is delivered.
Their customer service is usually very helpful and can solve most of my issues.
The app no longer works correctly. Item quantity is always wrong and i have to sumbit for review and they still get it wrong. Last time i filed a ticket and said i would be reimbursed correct amount and it never adjusted the quantity or gave me all the missing earned rewards.
received a ai written response that assured me i would be reimbursed and never was. i doubt a actual person even bothers to review the receipts for correct quantity of items

I am not happy with Ibotta. I had 3 items that were on my receipt and they didn't pick it up from the photo. I scanned the 3 bar codes and they still denied the cash back, which was $11.00. They are clearly on the receipt. I will be cashing out and not using it anymore. It is not the 1st time it has happened.
Works really well. If there are any difficulties they solve them quickly! The item on the recent wasn't recognized. I checked money missing. Check the item and took a photo of upc bar code. Fixed immediately! Money showed up within a couple of hours in my account.

Unless it's Walmart, Ibotta takes forever to add money to your account. I have several Chewy purchases directly through the Ibotta app and I am just getting money added to my account from May 2024 and it is now almost September 2024. And every purchase I make just sits there. Very frustrating.
It used to be better. Now it’s too difficult to make it worth it. No one can afford buying numerous name brand products for a buck. I understand not everyone is in this situation but a lot of people are.
All in all I am satisfied. However some of the cash back are not always clear enough. A few weeks ago I bought mayonnaise tat I thought I would get 1.50 back. When I checked my receipt, it was not accepted. The cash back did not give any exceptions for varieties or specify and varieties that were for this. It just said- "select varieties" How are we supposed to know. I only found out when I didn't get my cash back. By the time I got around to submit a request, the offer disappeared. It would be helpful if some of the cash back had greater detail. Am I supposed to just guess what varieties are accepted? This has happened on more than one occasion.

It seems like it's harder to redeem than before. And I've had to jump through hoops to try to get a few cents back! I usually give up. I buy the item, it's on my receipt but Ibotta says it's not. Even when I've scanned the barcode before purchasing to make sure! Before several updates it wasn't like that

I was missing a rebate on a purchase. I emailed them about my issue. The lady who returned my email, Anna Marie, was very professional and helpful. Tone is very hard to interpret in an email, but she was very kind. This is something hard to find these days. Anyone reading this- Please be kind, it's free. Even if you have an issue, kindness goes a long way. Normally kindness is repaid in kindness.
Not only are the product selections limited they are also store dependent. I shop at different stores and it's hard enough to remember to add the coupon but then you have to check to see which store it is good for? Then you have to scan a long receipt and hope the app gives you the proper amount back. Usually I have errors, especially when I buy more than one of each item. Every time I think I am in the right I am shot down and overruled by the app. Took me forever to get to my "limit" of $20.
A few times they ruled in my favor usually I was out of luck.
Good question... I like to save money but your whole operation is frustrating.

Ibotta is great. It has many stores and many items from almost all of the different categories of your monthly expenses. On top of that they offer bonuses for completing a specific number of offers within a specific timeperiod. Whenever I've had an issue, I contact the customer team and they resolve my issue within a day or two. They also offer cashback for giftcards which I recently found out and was amazed. It really helps when you're on a budget because you can get money back directly in your bank account. Additionally you can also use your balance to buy giftcards to reduce your out of pocket pay.
About three items that scanned as qualifying. I was not able to immediately do the receipt because I had to get to my job. At lunch time I scanned my receipt but two of the items were missing from the offers so now I have to take them back.
All I could get was the bot no way to talk to a human or do anything as far as missing cash back because the item is not showing up

I use Ibotta for both groceries and my online orders with QVC. My QVC earnings keep getting reversed. It's an Ibotta problem, that I am told is being fixed. The app is difficult to report or submit a ticket. It's been over a week and I have not received those funds back in my account.

I love the notification if I bought something and forgot to select the offer so I never miss cash back! This really is an amazing app and when I withdraw my cash to my account, it's always there the next day.
