Help me in anything I needed, even helped me correct my errors at logging in.

I started using this app a little over a year ago and it seems to work really well with my lifestyle. And the stores that are available and the way that you can redeem and get it immediately following the process. I find it quite easy for I'm doing my grocery shopping, I Go into the site and check anything that I would possibly buy and so it turned out to be one that works very well for me and they have a very responsive care team. If i have any questions or issues thank you.

Made a purchase. Wanted to try the product (not something we buy) was excited to try it because of the rebate. Was disappointed that the rebate disappeared. They were kind enough to let me have it anyway. Thank you ibotta team.

I'm about to delete the app

The last 5 or 6 times they have not given total credit even though it is recognizing everything when I scan receipts

I love using this app and saving money on products I use every day and also to try new products. Easy to use and great savings. I prefer this over other apps because you actually get money back instead of points. It makes it easy to understand your savings.

For some reason, one of my items didn’t pick up on the receipt, but when I sent it for review, they could easily tell that I had bought the correct product and gave me my money.

I forgot to add some offers, so Ibotta actually reached out to me to let me know that I could still get credit for them. I really appreciated that! Their customer service has been wonderful.

I love Ibotta, it's easy to use, their refunds are very fast and they are very serious. I love, love Ibotta.

I'm disappointed with my experience because I did what was required for the cash back and still not receiving the money back. I already submitted my request and still didn't receive my cash back.

Chat wasn't working

The first time I used Ibotta after connecting my account, they emailed me to tell me I had another eligible item on that purchase. I went in and added the offer, and got paid for it. Thanks for reminding me, I appreciate that!

It takes a long time to find qualifying items. Stores often do not have the brand, variety or size required even when listed as being available.

Start out slow. Only go to the store to do ibottas at first or you will get overwhelmed.
Follow social media groups it really helps find the most ibottas. Learn to try new food with Ibotta rebates. Have fun!

Have always got get response and service from y’all.

My items didn't scan properly at the store so I was not given credit for the items on Ibotta, initially. I reached out and explained that the items were scanned as "non taxable items" and provided picture proof. Ibotta credited my account within a few minutes. I really appreciated the help and quick response time.

Customer service awarded missing cash in a timely fashion.

I would like to see more fresh foods, healthy ones, and less chemicals.

Loved saving money with ibotta. I am still learning with ibotta. Loved all the help and assistance with my cash back rewards every step of the way.

I love using Ibotta. It's a great app to save and make a little extra cash. Easy to use and also get help fast when needed.

I checked off items that I was purchasing. I scanned the receipt and it didn't give me credit. I had to manually scan the bar codes. I was allowed 5 of the item it just gave me credit for 1. App is not easy to use b why bother.

I have had an issue the past two purchases of my watermelon. I literally took a picture of the sign that says it's a Florida melon this time and still refused. I was also refused a refund from pillsbury biscuits but the picture shows the small biscuit cans in the picture..

All I can get through is the I bot and it tells me it’s not acceptable

I've used Ibotta for a few years now and I absolutely love it. Saves me so much money and it's very easy to use. Customer service is excellent. I start in January saving money and at the end of the year, I cash in my savings and use toward Christmas gifts. Tremendous help. I've taught others how to save as well. I am also able to donate to women's shelters with items the end up not costing me anything or very little.

Ibotta is one of the best app there is, customer service always responds in a timely matter and so helpful and very professional.

Bought several items that are on receipt and they would not give my cash back stating they were ineligible

IBOTTA has made shopping fun! I earned $133 pretty quickly! That money saved us, we had some unexpected financial issues a few days before we got our work paycheck. We desperately needed money to get by. I knew I could transfer my earnings to my bank account, but that would take a few days. Then I remembered that I could get gift cards immediately, literally from like 145 places. So I got a $50 from Walmart and a $50 for Chipotle. They email it to you in seconds and you scan it at the restaurant or store. It was a lifesaver!
Also what's cool is if you buy something, let's say Walmart and you forget check it on IBOTTA, they will email and msg you on IBOTTA that you have missing money back! They tell you that you missed money back on something you bought. It's all pretty awesome! I love IBOTTA!
