In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I've had nothing but a pleasure to entering my receipts so I can save!

Fast, usually accurate but when not (multiple purchases & something gets missed) they respond quickly & get it corrected.

Ibotta is simple to use once you get used to its process. Initially, I tend to forgot to clip the items that i want for cashbacks but as time goes by, I was able to update my items regularly. Maybe its better if they have an option to click all to make it easier😁 Hope you'll have more products soon. It provided us a few extra bucks each month. The customer service is great as well. They act fast and reasonable.
I had an issue with cash back on some offers recently & reached out to the ibotta CS team. Got a response from them within hours and the issue was satisfactorily resolved. Certainly an app i would recommend to others.
Great way to get cash rewards on items that you are already going to buy!. If you are connected, to say Walmart, and don't pre-select an item that you purchase, the app will detect and notify you that you made a purchase that qualifies to receive cash for that purchase and you can submit/acknowledge that you made the purchase and they review your info and place cash on your account. Great App!

Any time I've had an issue the customer care team members have been kind and helpful. When i've made a mistake they explain fully what I did, and when the ibotta system made a mistake, they fix it promptly.
And the offers allow me to try items that might otherwise not be in my budget - and a lot of times the item becomes a new favorite!
Had two experiences where I had the right items, but the bar code didn't match. Frustrating!

I was missing offers from my receipt, but I sent Ibotta an email and they corrected the issue. They were fast and very helpful.
I applied for 2 of the $2.00 glade in this customer service helped applied rebate, and received 1. The response was quick though!

The app clearly states "max" quantity- most items were purchased missing the quantity- groups of five the missing quantities include- silk, orange juice, coffee drinks, Rana meals which through the app online states how many purchased. While some had Walmart cash back-it only included a quantity of "1" thus missing out on the other 4 and the quantity is not reflected through the bonus which was well above the "63" items for the promotion if someone can look into this would be greatly appreciated

Thought I would try this again as there have been issues and continue to be obviously!

I love saving money so I thank you! I didn't get all the money I was supposed to though. I was supposed to get cash back for little Debbie cakes if you buy 2 family packs which I did. I didn't get credit for it. Also for my Rachel Ray dry cat food, no points. Nor that big of a deal. But If your gonna show me and tell me I'm gonna get it, then don't give it, makes me not trust your company brand.

I purchased the watermelon in Walmart. The only watermelon they had and I did not get the dollar back. It said it did not qualify. That's a times you tell me that items are available and they're not. No identification where this watermelon was grown
