In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I forget to check Ibotta a lot of times, but Ibotta monitors the purchases on my linked accounts and sends me an email to remind me when I purchase something that gets cash back. For example, today I bought Cheerios on Walmart on line. Later I got an email from Ibotta reminding me to collect my cash back. I thought that was really cool.

I used to get $10 to $20 every time I shopped. Now I'm lucky to make $5. Some of the products are not worth trying due to the high prices to money back ratio.
The program was worth trying due to the products that I enjoyed and I felt like it was better than coupons due to the building of a fair amount of dollars that I can use at a later time for pleasure or emergency.

I didn't realize an offer was expiring and missed the chance to get $15 back. When I emailed the customer service team, they got back to me very quickly and also gave me the offer! Definitely recommend using Ibotta!

I am a great fan of Ibotta. I recently had an issue with not getting a rebate I was owed, sent an email and the amount was credited to me with minimal effort. Ibotta is like a "Christmas club" account for me….i use it for items I regularly buy and watch my cash back grow…cash it out in November and helps with buying stuff for the holidays. A little effort pays off!

Today, May 13,2024 I went to the Dillon store in Manhattan Kansas and I purchased three items that qualified for this offer. Two were Kibler club mini Parmesan flavor and one was townhouse flipside minis you gave me credit for two offers, but I had three offers so I have one offer missing for my midweek bonus as well as two dollars missing from my cash earnings. Please review the ticket. These items are the only ones on there. Please add one offer to my midweek bonus and two dollars to my account. Thank you very very much. Lois I put this in review and you still did not give me my two dollars nor my, one more offer towards my bonus.

I'm thankful for their amazing customer service because they will email me to let me know that there were items that I bought but didn't put on my ibotta shopping list. So they give you 24 hours to claim those. They make it so easy!

An offer was denied even though the product was on my receipt. I no longer have the item to scan the barcode. The chatbot was useless and I didn't get an option to talk to a real person. I finally figured out what to say to the chatbot in order to have the option to submit a ticket. So frustrating!
The chatbot feature needs some work. That whole part of the experience was frustrating. All I wanted was to talk to a real person or submit a ticket and I kept going in circles with the chatbot, trying to find the right keyword to get the option to submit a ticket.
