In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

Tge experience on ibottta used to be 5 stars, but not any longer. I only gave it 2 stars because it was good in the past. Lately it's a zero. I scan my receipt and it never matches any offers. So, then I manually find them all, but for the last month it won't let me submit my offers - I get an error message everytime. And, contacting custome service is next to impossible. It is like a maze. I feel like they are making it purposely harder to redeem offers

Not sure why I'm not eligible for the 3.50 back on the All sensitive Detergetn rebate when I purchased the item and it's listed on the receipt. Can u please explain better as to why? I purchased the regular and the sensitive to get each offers. Please explain

Almost every time I submit a receipt, I am told some item does not match my receipt. Grocery stores abbreviate items in different ways and I understand it may be hard to match them. So I usually need to contact Customer Service twice, indicating where on the receipt the item in question is. It's time consuming and annoying.
Once I prove I bought something and it really is on the receipt, they graciously give me the credit.

Although I love the app, it does get frustrating looking for an item that isn't available in a particular store. A few years back, Ibotta had a feedback button that would say 'not available at this retailer' that a user could let the team know that it isn't available at that retailer. I would think that would be a good tool (feedback) for the Ibotta team to use as well as not so frustrating for the user.
Overall - the app is easy to use and items can be flagged and set up prior to the dreaded shopping experience.

When I used to order from chewy, I'd get my money back within a week. The last two orders, it has taken 90 days. I think it's ridiculous to expect me to wait 90 days for $2 so I've stopped using it for online orders.
They told me I had to wait up to 90 days for my money.

I scanned my receipt. It showed two things I did not buy, and three of the five I did buy. I took off the two I didn't buy, and added what I did, but it still didn't give me credit even though I scanned them.

I reached out for assistance on a receipt that was missing a time on the initial submission. They were able to quickly get my money added to my account once I provided copies of my receipt and initial submission.
I've had to contact customer service a few times with questions and they've always been so quick in answering, and very helpful in explaining everything.
I purchased 2 items for a deal that allowed up to 5. I only got credit for 1. I know it's only 50 cents but don't offer cash back for multiple purchases if you're not going to give all the cash back. I bought more than one specifically because I'd get back multiple deals.

I am of course, missing cash back. I even scanned the barcodes. You guys come back and state that it wasn't on the receipt, when it's clearly on the receipt. But instead of giving an easy option to respond and resend the receipt or anything along those lines, you make the Customer jump through hoops to go resubmit it. Of which, of course, when trying to resubmit it, my screen froze. I have to go through your prompts of basic questions that are asked every time when I just wanna submit a request. Such a waste of time.

I bought the right product but the web page has the wrong oz on it for downy fresh. I bout 2 of the 25.4 and should have gotten 3.50 back for both. I didn't have the 48 oz clicked and that the o e that was identified with my product when scanned.

Easily the best cash back app ever created. It's the most user-friendly by far. I've experienced way fewer issues receiving my cash back on Ibotta than any of the others out there. It has the most and best offers. It can used practically everywhere. It's simply the best! I've recommended Ibotta to practically everyone I know and will continue to do so!

In the beginning I absolutely LOVED Ibotta! Unfortunately, after a couple years, I never really get great Mid-Week or Weekend Warrior bonuses (they're usually 18 offers for $1.00 or 15 offers for $1.00). On Instagram, people are taking snapshots of their fantastic bonuses and posting (10 for $5.00 or 15 for $7.00 or 15 for $10.00). It's not equitable. Very rare that I get offered good bonuses anymore. So frustrating!
Agents are very attentive.
