In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
I only buy things I need or items I want to try. Great way to save money. No clipping coupons!

I enjoy using Ibotta. Once in a while like this receipt from today did not give me a credit that it should have. This receipt did not give me credit for the 2 suave products. It showed me it was accurate but no credit. But most of the time it's correct. I have cased in several times for gift cards.

We all need a little cash back now days
I feel cheated and lied to. I redeemed my offers and followed the rules I have waited over 7 days for my earnings but am unable to withdraw. I have not had logins to different accounts on the same device and I have not uploaded ANY receipts because my dollar general account is linked so then why is my account locked? I was not informed there would be such a long hold on my money so at this point I feel this is theft and fraud.
There is no customer service what are you talking about? Everything is automated and I haven't heard anything back from a live person

Awesome and efficient
So my phone recommended it to me when I purchased a bottle of Stur. It alerted me I could get one free (Bogo) on Ibotta.
They were extremely helpful and understanding. Ibotta is an amazing app to have with awesome customer service representatives.
I did not add an item until after I submitted my receipt, but the item would have given me cash back. I emailed Ibotta and they were kind enough to give me my cash back even though I was wrong. I think that says a lot. I'm still new to the app and still trying to learn how to use it properly. Thank you Ibotta, I truly appreciate you correcting my error.
Great app for additional unexpected savings, especially at groceries and retailers I purchase from. I applaud Ibotta for also being the first merchant (in my inbox) to offer the option to "pause" emails for Mother's Day, acknowledging this day "can be a difficult time for many." For those of us who've lost our Mothers, it's a huge gesture. Very much appreciated versus bombarding my inbox with insensitive emails. Thank you Ibotta! Hope there will be similar emails for Father's Day as well.

Been using Ibotta for YEARS. Absolutely love it. I get so many incredible deals, tons of BOGOs, I get to try new things I otherwise wouldn't of tried, I've earned so much money back from just doing the same grocery trips I would have done anyway! It's a no brainer to get this app and start earning money for errands you're already doing!

Actually, years ago when I got my first smartphone, it was recommended. I didn’t get it for some time, because it didn’t seem important. However, I have used it for years now, and I appreciate the value, even though there are lots of things I don’t buy with cash back offers available.
