In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Simply have to pick where you're going to go shopping. Go through the list. Mark the ones you think you're going to purchase and go shopping. It's that easy.
My recent experience has shown me that this is not only a great app but a wonderful company. The customer care team resolved an issue for me in an expedient manner and without me having to do more than let them know the issue I experienced. They were wonderful. I'd recommend them.
I was missing cash from the Ibotta automated system. I submitted a trouble ticket and received the fastest customer service solution I have ever received! It only took them about 5 minutes to fix the issue! I am very impressed! THANK YOU IBOTTA CUSTOMER SERVICE for the excellent service!

It doesn't happen often but if you find you are missing cash back it is fast and easy to contact Ibotta. Once contacted they are fast at reviewing your circumstances and get you your missing cash right away! I love Ibotta!
I submitted a receipt that had up to 5 redemptions, but it only recognized 1 item. I reached out to support on Sunday (day of purchase) and the problem was fixed the next day! I appreciate the quick responses and resolution to the issue!

A friend recommended this app to me. I don't always want a lot of apps but I really enjoy this because they're like digital coupons that accumulate that I can use for gift cards, etc. sometimes it takes a while and it can be tricky. But I called the friend who recommended it to me and reminded her to use it she's been Busy and out of town and she said she is going to start using it again
I could really use the money back but a friend recommended it and I have really enjoyed it. I’m happy to get some sense back that add up so I can get myself a Starbucks card. Starbucks is kind of expensive. I figure that is a treat I get Working at the savings, I do appreciate this

This recent receipt had two fancy feast on there only one showed up the other did not and it voids the bonus.the receipt does indicate 2 at 1.29 each last week I bought two and not sure if it went through

Only multiple occasions I had to contact them and show receipts for cash back I did not receive when I should have. App glitches, etc and they were quick to locate the problem and issue the refund without much trouble.
I recently purchased an item and was not aware that the item I purchased qualified for a cash back. I received an email from Ibotta, followed the instructions and was able to retrieve/submit the item listed on the my cash back offer listing's and earned a cash back immediately! Ty Ibotta for being honest :)

Basically I worked hard to get to at least 20 dollars on the app and when I finally got it and went to cash out I got logged out and I wasn't able to log back in. I didn't log myself out or anything I went on the app tried taking the money out to my bank account and it had an error and logged me out completely and now when I try to log into my account it just says error and I can't log in anymore. So i don't know what is going on I just find it to be so upsetting that I took so long to get even 20 dollars and when I wanted to claim it Ibotta completely failed me and messed up my whole account.
