In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
In store shopping, go to Ibotta app, choose a retail store and put check boxes on the items you are buying. Submit receipt. Cash added very quickly
The best app out here
So, there have been several occasions when I see cash back offers on Ibotta and I purchase the item and the offer is gone or changed. It's not like I screenshot before purchase to prove it was there. End up having to make another trip to return the item. Be wary…I know some offers are gone if many consumers use it but with other offers, it literally changes randomly.
I requested Ibotta to review my receipt for a missing cash. They promptly checked my claim and replied that there was a limit on my item in question. This was something I had overlooked and not a mistake made by Ibotta. The Ibotta team has always been great at handling my questions.
Who doesn't want to earn money for groceries?!? I love this app and the money it puts back in my pocket. I don't know how they do it but it's pretty great.
I have used this app for years and recently have noticed when shopping online or for store pick up, I'm not awarded for everything. I should have received 8.10 for my purchase and only received.10

It is an incredibly easy site to use. I use if when I grocery shop but also when I am doing online shopping. I have easily gotten over $1000 back from using Ibotta
Simple, straight forward and easy to use
My cash back was missing due to the way stop and shop grocery coded the Kentucky Legend Turkey product. Ibotta care agents did a thorough search and resolved the issue, I appreciate their diligent work in taking care of this.
U said u were going to charge me $3.99 a month because I had not redeemed any offers, u can't redeem what u don't offer. Secondly I have been in the hospital four times since the first of the year.

I like using this app but I feel like many times I expect to get more money back than is awarded me. For example today I bought 2 bags of siete maiz chips and the reward on here was 2.50, limit 2. Since I bought two bags, I expected to get $5.00, I was only give credit for one. It's very confusing. And sometimes I have something that doesn't register via receipt so I manually scan and it still doesn't work. I like using this app but honestly it's a bit exhausting and takes so much time to build up the money to cash out.

I love ibotta app and they have the best customer representative they worked very quickly to solve any problems.
Solved problems within a day or two.
Easy to use and quick responses.
I like Ibotta, however I am a single so I don't buy a lot of the offerings. Sometimes I cannot recall everything I marked. What about an ibotta shopping list that corrals together all the items I checked marked? That way I can easily see what I still need to grab.
How can I make ibotta printing a larger font? It's hard to read. I'm 70 years and even with my glasses sometimes descriptions are hard to read.

For the most part, my experience is good, but almost every single time the app doesn't pick up items that I have purchased and are clearly on my receipt

I've repeatedly contacted cs about being denied a big credit. Finally submitted hi-lighted receipt only to be told I defaced or altered receipt!
It was awful as described above.

Someone in family recommended it to me
I scanned my receipt last night and it showed I earned $2.40 on my purchases. One for Raisin Bran Cereal, 2 Kodiak Pancake Mixes and an any receipt. This morning I had an email showing I earned.30 cents for the Raisin Bran. Just wondering what happened to the rest of my earnings. Ibotta sure isn't what it used to be when I started. Starting to have some real concerns.
Great app. One thing I'd caution for other people is to scan what you're buying as you shop to make sure the coupon/rebate applies to your item. Have bought the wrong item in the past and customer service was quick and helpful!
