In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I have had many instances where I have purchased a product scanned it and I am told that it is not eligible and I am staring at the exact product that is pictured. Also also had an instance where it said any brand any juice and I purchased juice at Trader Joe's and it was rejected

I am grateful for the support I received when trying to get reimbursement for an item. I had tried to submit this item so many time, it became frustrating. I was grateful for their quick support and the reimbursement.
I have bought an item twice at WF. I look at the description and it states 'any variety' etc. Yet, when I scan the code I do not get reimbursed. How do you get reimbursed for something that the system does not acknowledge? Who do I contact?

I had an issue with missing rebates, after two tickets it got resolved. I am pleased customer service went back and reviewed the receipt and issued all my rebates. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied. It's great that customer service doesn't let technical issues fall by the wayside.

Don't believe them about any bonus offers. They remove the item before you can redeem the receipts for the items you bought, even when it all occurred on the same day.
A friend said it was easy. It is not.

I received a email from ibotta that they had a 24hr.flash sale cash back offer for Temu. So I made a order with Temu with the ibotta app and was not getting conformation about my order and contacted ibotta and they need my order information, so I sent them everything and they responded back with it was past the time for me to get the cash back, but they gave it to me as a courtesy. Thank you ibotta I really appreciate you and all ibotta does.
I bought 3 bolt house juices and also some eggs. I don't have the items because I drink them and could not scan them. I did scan my receipt from 5/5/24 but it does not look like the system read it.

First I was unsure at joining Ibotta I taught it was a scam. Boy was I in for a surprise, thank you for helping feed my family on a low budget.

It was a big thrill the first time I withdrew something. There were some great offers during the holidays, but they are few and far between now. I buy more generic products due to the overall difference in prices.
My daughter recommended it and I'm glad she did. I'm going to start saving points so I can eventually get a new microwave.
I was unable to upload a receipt to redeem cash back on some of the items on the receipt. I contacted Customer Care & in less than 24 hours, they had resolved the issue & added the cash back to my account. I have used other similar apps, but ibotta is far superior. I highly recommend this app.
I reached out to Ibotta care because my Walmart receipt wasn't scanning. I needed to claim 9 rebates. I sent them all the information and they credited my account in less than 24 hours. They are excellent!
The last several months have not had great deals. A lot of items I don't use/need. Since you track what we buy, it would make more sense to give more of those deals.
It was very difficult to figure out how to contact them & see about missing cash back. Not very timely response back either.

If you look at this Kroger receipt, I bought three (3) packages of the Rana meals, not just two (2), which is all I was given credit for. I also bought a bottle of Resolve urine destroyer, 32 oz, which I wasn't given any credit for according to this email

I choose Ibotta because they give the offers for the most stores and if there ever is an issue, it usually gets taken care pretty quickly.
Sine I joined Ibotta I have been saving so much money! There are times the items I buy are basically free or even a money maker! If you haven't joined yet, do it now! So easy to use, quick pay back!
