In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!

My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I had gotten the 2 pk Glade auto spray, and had checked to be sure it was the correct item. When I checked the Ibotta App it said it could not be credited. I put an inquiry in as to why, within a few hours Ted responded, said he looked into it, and credited my account. It was a very speedy process. That is great customer service! Not only that but Ted did an awesome job of making me felt like he cared about my concern and that he appreciated me, and treated me like a valued customer with a valid concern. Thanks again Ted!

I scanned my receipt and it did not count quantities correctly so had to scan items. After the receipt was processed, it reverted and did not count items correctly so I will now need to go in, click missing cash back, and scan all over again! Ibotta did me right and fixed it. Thank you!

I am missing cash back again. Items are not only clear on the receipt, but my scans were also approved. Now, there is no way to challenge the judgment. Do better.

I spoke to a team member about not being able to buy another phone, at the moment.That was the reason I wasn't uploading receipts. Ibotta seemed like they didnt carei. Ibotta should freeze people's accounts when they have a cellphone issues, not deduct their hard saved money. Theres a difference between not using Ibotta & not being able to upload receipts due to people's phones being old. You people are down right heartless!

The lady was nice but seemed like she didn’t care.

I've been using this app for years now and love it! It's things I buy regularly or sometimes inspire me to try something new and get cash back in the process the bogos are the best. The cash out to your bank is really fast or the gift cards are instant. Any time I've had trouble or didn't get cash back on an eligible item and had to message them, they are so quick to relpy and polite to help. So far I've gotten 500 in cash back using it over the years it's helped a lot and absolutely worth it

I have no problems getting my cash back when I shop at Walmart. But when I shop at Dollar General it is always a problem. I have linked Dollar General and it has never worked. There should be an option to submit the receipt for Dollar General.

Still waiting on money back fro Dollar General purchase I made.

I am missing cash back, but the offers are no longer there. I have tickets in. Not happy at this mom. I had my initial cash back approved- but missing offers. Sent and scanned what was missing. All of a sudden, the receipt could not be read and cash back was taken away. I put in a ticket, rescanned receipt- two offers were gone so I added to my ticket. Now, the cash back is wrong, I did not get my Midweek Moneymaker bonus of $5 AND I still cannot add and scan the offers missing.

After downloading Ibotta back in 2018 it's been an app I've regularly earned cash back through. A couple minutes of searching the coupon library before or after grocery shopping has earned enough to withdraw within 2-3 months. As the years have gone on it's only gotten easier and more intuitive to redeem receipts, earn bonuses, and claim cash back on online purchases.

I've tried other apps in this genre, but none provided the same value as Ibotta. If you're interested in saving a few bucks with mere minutes of effort give it a download.

Does not count items separately even when it is clearly stated that the bonus is counting for each product even if same. No answer to emails or applying owed to account. I'm not the only one complaining about this so it seems to be on purpose which really is just awful & just another example of a company doing everything to put one over on their customers.
The receipt is never read anymore. I haven't had it scan correctly in months which means I've got to scan each thing in - a complete waste of my time and yet another example of a company which lets the customer do extra work so that they don't have to fix their issues. Used to be good - now another company trying to put one over on the very people who are the reason they have a job.

Slow to answer and does not give money owed.

EVERY receipt that I've submitted in the last few months is read incorrectly and misses cash back. I then have to submit it again. It's annoying, a waste of my time
As an example today, both CLEAR receipts I submitted were wrong. How wrong? ELEVEN DOLLARS WRONG.

Every receipt I've issued in the past few months has had issues. Your AI responses are ALWAYS wrong, necessitating me having to spend more of my time (you are not a charity and you're making money off me correcting your crappy service). I'm spending way too much time

ONLY reason is that you pay to PayPal. That's it. I use other cash back apps the majority of the time now and don't have any of the issues I have with you

The past 2 weeks ive made ny walmart delivery order im having an issue gdtting my cash back last week i summited my ticket and got my cash back within minutes however this week it seems to be an issue a day later and still nothing and the custoner service dont seem as friendly as they once were i been using the app for years and have never really had a problem hopefully they can fix the issues so i can continue to enjoy the app

This is a great way to earn extra money for what we do almost everyday & that's SHOPPING! If there was ever a time when I had an issue with ANYTHING, they always go above and beyond to fix my problem OR they make sure I am satisfied with how they solve my issue! The last 2 times I have shopped in store at Frys, App tells me I don't match or they can't read the receipt. I have had to do this so many times. It's why I used enthusiastically in the beginning. Then having to try and reach a real person via email because the BOTS are worthless as is the camera for the receipts, evidenced by them not being able to read. The last time I thought I would make it easy by having the store do ONE receipt for the items with ibotta cash back. NOPE, still didn't work. It denied the $3.00 for laundry soap stating it didn't match. Well I'm looking at the photo and description of product and it's exactly the same.

Took way too many emails. Then a branch new person came on board and basically acted like he was the first one to respond to me. I blew up on that person and told them I wanted the original person back. The next email they added my cash back. The receipt I scanned and emailed to the CS person was just as legible as the one I scanned through the app (was told illegible).
This company has too many problems and should consider a CS phone line with reps. NOBODY I know likes dealing the AI BOTS...

It sounded like a great way help ease my grocery costs. But it's becoming too stressful and taking up way more of my time which is more valuable than grocery savings. I also am waiting for a bunch of cash back for online Chewy orders. One is W
WAY past the 90 days. Linking to a store should make this a no brainer, so do not understand why they take 90 days, or actually however long they want. I think doesn't have the cash to give to customers and this app will end up going backrupt.

On August 9, I had some great coupons for my online grocery order. Four days after shopping, I had not received a notice of cash back. When I used the troubleshooting, I guess it was a chat, the only direction I got was that I would have to unlink then relink my Walmart account to get the app working again. I had $5 worth of coupons that I just didn't get. The only receipt I had was the online receipt from Walmart, and apparently that barcode doesn't work to use the redeem button on the Ibotta app.

I would have liked some resolution as to how to claim my coupons from the missing order.
