In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!

My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I was having some issues with ibotta and was wondering why I was not receiving my cash back on my purchases. So I contacted Ibotta customer service and a very nice lady named Leslie helped me out she was awesome so very nice. My Ibotta balance was at $17.99 and I was really needing to reach the $20 cash out so when i was not getting my couple dollers cash back from my purchases I was really bummed. I'm a single mom im on ssi disability and our car broke down 9 months ago so every little bit helps. I still owe on our car and am making monthly payments on it not having a car has been stressful. I enjoy using Ibotta as my Christmas savings account. I match offers to items I would normally buy and bank the cash back till I am Christmas shopping. Recently they have made it easier to use at places like CVS and seem to offer more offers on items I actually buy. It is a tad time consuming and I wish there was a way to sort through items quicker but otherwise it's an extremely valuable tool for my family's finances!

I didn't have any issues with my most recent order but I have in the past and customer service has been helpful and quick to fix my missing cash back.

I double check everything in the store & you're telling me it's ineligible I bought 6 Cesar's checked the label scanned in store & it was green saying it was good but your telling me it's ineligible. Then I tried to add my Kelloggs Fruit Loops for missing cash but it had already taken the Cesar's & now I can't enter it for missing cash. I would have never bought these items I always scan them in the store & see if they're eligible which I did.

Wouldn’t give me missing cash & didn’t give me the opportunity to add the Kellogg Fruit loops with bonus completed for Kelloggs.

I always buy two herbal essence shampoo for the six dollar credit for my body. I would match the barcode in the store to make sure before I purchase and every time I buy it I bought it gives me a hard time staining it's not correct or it doesn't match but it does and I have to email over and over and over. I even take pictures to prove it and they still come back at me saying. It's not correct then they finally credit my account but it's not right.

I enjoy using Ibotta because it has saved me so much money since I first started using the app. Especially during inflation times when every penny counts. I earn money on items I am already buying. Ibotta is life changing and will never stop using it.

I was experiencing trouble uploading a Walmart delivery online receipt during a server error issue. The customer service was exceptional they let me upload my receipt. And I received my cash back.

This is the second time I have had an offer and it did not appear when I redeemed my receipt. Today, I purchased the Hose Ole taquitos and it clearly shows on my receipt, and yet I did not get the credit of $1.00 for it, so I submitted my receipt a second time and was prepared to show the receipt, but also the barcode, to confirm that it was a qualified purchase. Feel like Ibotta tries to cheat me out of qualified purchases.

Didn't get a reply, wasn't able to find a customer service representative to chat with, or report the issue.

Because, I have an opportunity to get money back on qualified purchases, that will allow me to shop again. I like earning rewards for shopping, since I have a limited budget.
