In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
It's a great way to get cash back on things you already buy and the customer service team is fantastic

It is cumbersome to search for each thing. If I could just scan the barcode and have it match purchases to items available for reimbursement it would be more effective
If you are a fan of Blue Buffalo, this is the way to take the frustration of higher costs away. Couldn't be easier.
I heard about it from reviews of other reward apps saying ibota is the best! They weren't wrong.
At first it was a little confusing but I just kep trying trying to figure it out and the more I use it the more proficient I become. I love how quickly the dollars add up and that I can use my HyVee rewards card and it automatically calculates my points.
Chatter on Social media said the earnings accumulate faster with ibota than some of the surveys I participate in. They were right!
If you're going to be purchasing everyday items, you should download and use this App. Why not get some of your money back?! The app is easy to use and the amount of earnings is astronomical.

My Walgreens receipts are go to my email. There seems to be no way to upload a receipt from email. I couldn't find an answer from FAQ in the help section.
It seems that ogx was on Walgreens's list, then it wasn't. I guess I could be wrong since I was looking at different stuff trying to just find SOMETHING they had I used from the bonus thing.
I tried Walgreens and Publix today and both stores seemed to be lacking in the products that I could buy. The ones that were very specific in number or other flavor. They had didn't carry that specific thing. It just wasn't available.
These things along with some of my stuff just flat out not showing up make this app very frustrating and annoying, maybe not worth using in the long run.
I'm comparing all of these apps seeing which are worth the effort or if they are all a pain in the $#*!.

Everyone who shops should have this app. It is easy to use, tracks your cash back immediately, and even alerts me if I purchased something but did not add it myself. I even set a goal before using the cashback for a special purchase, for example.
I was referred by my daughter several years ago and have used it ever since.
So easy to use and get cash back for everyday purchases. Link different stores and load your offers and get money back. Easy to cash out also. I love Ibotta!

Overall, I've been fairly satisfied with Ibotta and my earnings through grocery, various retailers and restaurants. However, I don't understand why there are hundreds of offers available across many stores/retailers, such as Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, etc., but those same offers are not available for BJ's Wholesale Club—you only offer a handful, and I've noticed it's never for products like paper towels, toilet paper or laundry detergents—why is that?! I wish someone would look into that… needs to change!

Everytime I submit a giant eagle reciept - either your computer or your reps can't tell how to read that it's a sale from a coupon! I will shop the sales then use ibotta! Cause it's better than their coupons! But yous always think when the sales price comes off it's couoons! Smdh! So I have to send the sales ad pic to you to show you. 🙄 your policy says nothing about not being able to shop sales! And when I submit it- I never get full money back. Like on this. I scanned receipt. It said 3 General Mills cereal bars. I had actually got 12 all together…. But 6 of these kind! So I had all 5! So I put 5! It said pending …. Waited all evening. Lol. Then see you for cash…. Only to see I got paid for 4. Hahahaha. Like what the world! Smh! Why? I think ibotta should offer me a job from home. Cause I'm really good at matching the sales up with deals.i think.
It seems like I need to contact them multiple times for the same issue before it gets fixed. It takes too much time to get one issue resolved. I shouldn’t have to waste all the time out of my day like that
I guess cause it seems to be the easiet app to navigate, well, at first it was. But the last 3 months- I have to keep fighting to get my rebates backs. So I’m not sure if it’s something I’m going to keep much longer. I have a friend that keeps telling me about another app. I may try it.

I did not receive the items that I purchased. I received a different order. I tried to log into account and could not get through. I do not usually have these problems but today it is a big mess.
I like the cash back, it is easy for me to shop online since I am disabled and in a wheelchair and cannot get to store in person.

Ibotta is the only cash back app that I use, bc it is easy and convenient. I love being able to link my cards and not worry that I forgot to redeem after shopping. I love that it's not only groceries, but some of my favorite other brands as well. I love letting my money add up for a year and using it on either big Christmas gifts or towards our family vacations. I've bought kayaks with my extra money, as well as Apple Watches, bought my family of 4 an all day excursion on a Ranch out west during our Outwest Roadtrip, and lots of other little things.

Over all great experience but this morning when I checked my account I had $25 dollars missing and I can't get them back I'm wondering what happened they just disappeared from my account
Help me save money and good deals
I've been using this app for quite awhile now I haven't had any real issues when It has missed something it's easy to get quick support. Once you get at least $20 you can purchase gift cards or transfer to your PayPal and it gets transferred so quickly. If you're the main shopper in your household this app is a no brainer. The only complaint is if the scanning the receipt was easier for example just scanning instead of lining up until the lines turn green.
Some items weren’t accounted for cash back. I didn’t really like having to take screenshots of my online receipts because they are long but I did and they were fixed.
To make extra cash on the things I buy all the time. I tell my friends and family about it all the time.
