In less than a year of using Ibotta I have earned over $500 dollars. It's easy to cash out your earnings, set up your shopping trips either in store or online. I don't know why anyone would not use this program. Great care and response from customer service. It's $$$ in your pocket for buying brands and products you use. Try it!
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.
Again, the cash back is missing on multiples of the same item. I purchased 2 Tate's bake shop chocolate chip cookies, but received cash back for only one. The receipt clearly shows 2@ Tate's, but I only received credit for one. I scanned the barcode, but still only received the cash back for one. You do this every time I purchase multiples from Albertsons. The receipt also shows the total number of items purchased, so I don't understand why I have to go through this every time.
I eventually get the money, but it’s a frustrating process. I haven’t received the extra dollar THIS time yet.

I have been using coupon apps for years to help supplement my son's college savings plan. I was not seeing the offers that I wanted on the app I was using prior to Ibotta so I did a little online research and found all roads point to Ibotta. I joined in January 2024 and already hit the 2000 club. Amount of deals and customer service is off the charts. If you link your Walmart Pay you don't even have to take a photo of the receipt when shopping there. It is all product your buying anyway so why not take the rebate.
I did online research and everything pointed to Ibotta being the best.
Problem with password reset, not receiving reset link. They never gave up until my issue was solved. Very quick response and you could tell they cared
This is a great savings tool for products you use a lot and if for some reason the refund doesn't make it in to your account, they follow up with a text or email and you have a chance to redeem the coupon. It has been very satisfactory and easy to use.
They offer coupons on products I use frequently. Easy to use.

Missing cash back on an item. The chat help is useless. Need a way to type up an issue so it can get corrected. The robot chat is no help at all.

I absolutely love Ibotta. All you have to do is scan a receipt or connect your store account to the Ibotta app and you get money back for items you need to buy anyways. I feel like I'm getting paid to shop.

Ibotta app is easy to navigate. I buy products that I need and submit my receipt to Ibotta. I let it accumulate for a while then when I make a withdrawal, it's fast and easy. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use Ibotta

Legitimate, it actually pays out, payout is fast. You can earn cash back not only for in-store, but also shopping online, with some stores you can even link accounts so don't have to worry about uploading the receipt. Highly recommend the app. Thank you Ibotta!
